Interesting read I always wonder about this. I usually just have a piece of fruit in the morning and I’m good. I know if I go to hard it’s not enough to fuel me and I feel sick half way into my workout. The other side is if I eat to much I feel heavy and don’t want to finish either.

🍃OLRIC helps restore the spinal curvature and places your body in its natural alignment thus preventing you from reverting back to your bad habits. As your body tries to slouch back into its bad habit, OLRIC restricts this movement and forces you slightly to stay in the correct posture. You can think of OLRIC as a trainer which trains your body by creating discomfort when you slouch, to slowly develop the correct posture to a point where you won't need it anymore due to muscle memory.
💥So OLRIC is a good friend in
reminding you to keep your back straight. There is no magic 😉
💥At first it can be pretty uncomfortable as it will force a little, but once you get used to wear and your body adapts to the fixed posture then it will become unnoticeable 👍

I would like to dedicate this post to not only the leg press in the gym💪🏽 but most importantly, to cycle class, where with the resistance on, feeling like you're going up Mt Everest, is even a better leg press 😍 #quads#calves#booty🍑

BOWL O’ GOODNESS 🙌🏻 piling on as many veggies as my heart desires. Because ya can never pregame the weekend with too many veggies .
I like to live it up on the weekends - not raging at the bars (HA! college was a long time ago) but getting active, exploring new restaurants, drinking a nice glass of wine (or two), and chowin down to my heart’s desire. Life’s about balance, people. Don’t miss out on the best parts of life because you’re stressing about having to eat perfectly or focused on losing that last pound or two. There’s so much more in this world that’ll bring you joy. .

Lemon Pepper Glazed Cauliflower 😍 made by lovely @thefoodietakesflight 💛
Make sure to follow her page guys for more delicious recipes 🙌
1 medium head of cauliflower (makes 2 cups of florets)
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup desiccated coconut (or sub more bread crumbs)
1/3 cup lemon juice (from 1 1/2 lemon)
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water —For the glaze, mix everything (except the diluted cornstarch) into a sauce pan and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes until it starts to boil. Turn off heat then pour in the cornstarch and mix until it thickens.
Cooking the cauliflower
1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the batter until it turns into a smooth, thick consistency.
2. Evenly coat the florets in the batter.
3. In another bowl, add in the bread crumbs and desiccated coconut. Mix.
4. Place each cauliflower into the breadcrumb mixture. Coat and press down the bread crumbs on the cauliflower.
5. After coating each one in the batter then bread crumbs, repeat this. Each cauliflower can be coated twice. I find that coating it well really makes the cauliflower crispier!
6. Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, cook the florets until golden brown, moving it around on each side.
7. Set aside on a strainer to drain excess oil.
8. Transfer to a bowl and then pour

What’s your fave cauli concept?! I’d love to know!!😊🙌🏻
Most common type of cauliflower is white, but it also comes in green, purple, orange, brown and yellow. 🌈
Cauliflower is an excellent source of dietary fibers, vitamins C, K and vitamins of the B group and minerals such as manganese, potassium and magnesium. 🤓👊🏻
China is the greatest producer of cauliflowers in the world. 🌎
Cauliflower contains purines, which are broken down to uric acid. Individuals prone to gout or kidney stones, may want to limit their intake. 🚫
