We are wheat, meat, dairy, refined sugar free and cut out caffeine and alcohol too. BUT there is so much you can stiil eat.
We work hard to create tasty meals for Vitality that are varied in colour texture and flavour.

It can be a challenge eating well when you are travelling.
For gym goers and people who watch their diet it can also be a source of anxiety as you are stepping out of your familiar routine.
My personal modus operandi is to go for fresh food every time I eat. It's easy to do that here in New York.
The vast majority of stores I have walked into, including those at the airport, sell pre-packaged yet fresh salads and fruit salads. And they are not dressed so you can monitor the amount of dressing you use.
Cobb salad is a good option except for the blue cheese (blue cheese without quince paste is a waste of calories...lol). Stock up on fruit from the street vendors as, to me, it's been the most affordable option.
When you're out for the day take a nuts, seeds and dried fruit mix, and/or fresh fruit for when you're stuck and hungry. This will save a lot of money on snacks as chances are, if you're at a tourist location, vendors will see you coming and charge an arm and a leg for chips and soda. And your waistline (and bottom line) will pay.
And yes, of course I have eaten foods that are not healthy. Most travellers are exploring all day on foot so the walking means an indulgence each day will be absorbed in the calorie quota your body needs.
Just one per day and enjoy it, whether it is a meal or a snack.
Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels so enjoy real foods most of the time and you'll come out of your holiday refreshed, with a spring in your step, not with a spare tyre.

People always ask - should I eat breakfast before exercising, or after?? When you exercise, your body stops digesting, and a having full meal can lead to it sloshing around in your belly which can make you bloated or queasy, especially when you're doing a high-intensity workout. We prefer to have our breakfast after our fitness session. Although if you do wake up hungry and in need of a bite before you workout, a healthy snack would help to stop you dreaming of breakfast every minute of the workout 🏋🏽♀️ 😀

Wether you’re celebrating with family or staying in, we’re constantly bombarded with Easter treats, chocolates and desserts. ~
I’m about to go out to eat with extended family for the holiday, but I like to have a healthy meal before going out to eat so I’m not even tempted by all the breads, appetizers, and desserts at the table. ~
This is a super easy tip to avoid unhealthy foods that you won’t even want if you’re not hungry. ~
So this Easter I made myself some Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi, broccoli and sliced turkey. I stir fried this with just a little avocado oil and then topped it with nutritional yeast and some Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning 🤤
I FINALLY got @aj_muzzhk to come on a retreat with me. He is the fittest most disciplined athlete I know who eats and trains well consistently. He’s here with @joshnedeljkovic the week before @ironmantri Marbella for the final training push and today did a long open-water swim, cycle and run in 33-degree heat. Tomorrow they’re recovering with yoga, massages and some chill time by the hotel pool. I did a 2km swim before the Olympic athletes training here took over the pool. We’ve also been enjoying lots of macro-counted clean protein and plant-based meals. @thanyapuraphuket is a dream for fitness junkies and you can discover more on www.comparetreats.com or in my IGTV.
I never thought I'd go out of my way to eat celery, but here we are.
