One of my fit girl's habits which cultivated within these two years is to work out regularly.
Time is precious. A lot of things want to do but I have only 4 hours a day after work. Sometimes even not enough sleep if required to work overtime. It's difficult and lazy to keep myself to work out after work. It seem like another overtime.
Until this year, I finally found a way to do it consistently which is to wake up earlier to do 20 minutes of exercise every day.
Thought I will more tired than before. But surprisingly, right after a few days, I am more spiritual, my body is getting toned and my skin is getting brighter!

Nothing better than a salad for lunch, there are so many different salads to make and different ingredients to add. This particular one is a tomato, cucumber, sweetcorn, calamari and feta salad with a lemon dressing💛🌽
CARROT CAKE FUDGE!🥕🍰 This fudge is only✌🏼ingredients! Can you guess what they are?! 🥕🥕🥕and coconut 🥥 butter! What a wholesome treat! 🙅🏻♀️Score! If you know me, always trying to get in those veggies for me and my ❤️’s!
1 1/2 cups baked, chilled baby carrots 🥕
1/2 cup coconut butter @artisanaorganics
Process in food processor. Spread batter into baking pan lined with parchment paper. Leave naked or choose to top. We topped with chopped pecans and apple pie spice. Refrigerate for 3 hours +. Slice and enjoy! 😋

TUESDAY | red faced + sweaty after finishing my day in the gym. Just a mini strength session tonight as I went for a run this morning. I have found it really important to vary my sessions whilst recovering from a stress fracture so I can ease back into running without damaging my shin. Baby steps 💪🏻

When a new client comes to me, they generally tell me they want to lose weight or tone up... Now, there’s nothing wrong with wanting to lose a bit of weight or build some muscle but I think these goals tend to imply that having a certain body shape is associated with being happier and healthier 🙅🏼♀️
Unfortunately, being a certain shape or size does not imply someone is happy or healthy and I dunno about you but I’d much rather focus on my health and happiness than what number pops up when I step on the scale or what number is on the label of the clothes I wear 🤷🏼♀️ #healthmatters
you cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. what you do makes a difference and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make. let go of what you can’t change. worry less, smile more. release the stress. take a second and think about how blessed you are. embrace your flaws. don’t ever doubt your worth. be grateful for small things, big things and everything inbetween. love your life. love yourself 💛
