Tried random baggy jumpers today with a friend 🤷♀️😂 before I went to meet a new friend,girl, women.... After a lovely 😊 cafe in our local town we we went home 🏡... I bathed my little one 🍼 put her down for a sleep & then I thought 💭 about the meeting I’ve have had... Then it hit me as we women look 👀 in the mirror & see all possible things that are wrong.. we see our bum it’s too big or too small & it’s going on & on until we start to hate our bodies.... I’ve always thought 💭 my face was ugly as I used to have an acne - terrible one ☝️ I looked like a peeling fish 🐟 you could peel my skin off.. the make up didn’t cover anything & if I had it on it was. Even more worse... We see each other as a competition & we find quite hard to trust each other out, which is a shame as we should be helping each other!! 🤔
I’ve been there & I don’t trust as many women as I used to, but we all have an experience or the past that we don’t 🤷♀️ ... It’s the women nature of competing with each other... Everyone deserves a chance to fight for 🤔👌... So be kind to each other & if you can help others who needs it 🤗💭then take that effort and help them.. you’ll never know what it means to them to give them a hand 🤚 or just point them into right direction... •
I love to doodle and I love to plan/schedule. So today I did a little of both while resting up before my second job. I have all of this info available to me online, but I just love having it written down and put it somewhere that I can see it every day - she’s on my fridge! Plus, I never can complain about making time for a lil creative moment 💓 This is my timed nutrition plan that revolves around my workouts for these next several weeks (I finished up week 2 today) and I listed out some of my most frequently eaten/favorite foods for each category so that it’s easy to plan and prep daily meals. This challenge is serious to me - on Christmas Day (the last day!) I will be in the best physical and mental shape I’ve ever been, you can bet on it. Woke up & immediately regretted not running @baltimorerunfest so instead I ..
1. Started to go for a run on my own ✔️
2. Realized I couldn’t get very far because the 5k already started ✔️
3. Ran back and went to a 8am @corepoweryoga sculpt ✔️
4. Came home, spent time with my parents, & ate this beautiful salad ✔️ 👉🏼So even though I woke up with FOMO, I made the best of the day & (maybe) I’ll go for a run tomorrow

I’ve been telling *everyone* about this and figured I’d kill like 8,000 birds with one stone and post it here too. I am OBSESSED with the freezes from @pressedjuicery 🍦 I love them because they look/taste like froyo but are healthy AF. I got this one yesterday and it was a combo of chocolate + vanilla. ☁️Here’s what was in it: dates, almonds, cacao powder, sea salt, water, and vanilla extract. That’s it. I topped it with berries and a cacao drizzle. 🍫 this is my favorite dairy free dessert option and I eat it for breakfast... a lot. Also a great sweets option for kiddos since it’s all real food and has no added sugars. Add more seafood to your diet can be great as items like shrimp contain essential fatty acids, iodine and selenium. Shrimp is also low in fat and a high complete protein source.
Seafood is easily digested. This is a great low carb option for those who prefer this style of eating.
Zoodles are also one of the quickest ways to cook vegetables and is one of the reasons I love this method.
This was all cooked in one pan on a wok. Cooked under 15 minutes. Double up the recipe to serve more.
1 tbsp extra olive oil or avocado oil
1 large courgette / zucchini
Large handful of kale or other fibrous green
1 plum tomato
175 grams wild tiger prawns (I do not consume farmed fish! Usually contaminated and are fed antibiotics! Save money and buy frozen wild shrimp)
1. Preheat pan to medium add 1/2 tbsp of the oil.
2. Add the spiralised courgette and sauté for 5 mins until softened.
3. Add the kale and continue until softened.
4. Remove the veggies from pan.
5. Add the other 1/2 tbsp oil. Add the prawns and cook until cooked through approx 4 mins.
6. Remove from heat.
7. Prep the tomato + avocado
8. plate up and enjoy.
Okay, nachdem ich jetzt 4 Tage Reis und Gemüse und einiges an Obst gegessen habe, muss ich mich glaub ich mal nach anderem Essen umschauen. 🤷♀️
Ich probiere eigentlich so gerne alles mögliche aus, was seit dem Tag, an dem ich Fleisch aus meinem Ernährungsplan gestrichen habe, nicht mehr ganz so einfach ist. Es ist auch leider immer noch relativ schwer, ganz vegan zu essen. Gerade wenn man unterwegs ist.
Ich wünsche mir, dass es eines Tages nicht mehr normal ist, dass man sich zum Beispiel im Flugzeug ein extra vegetarisches Menü bestellen muss sondern, dass, der, der möchte, sich Fleisch extra bestellen muss... Oder wie seht ihr das ?

ماهیچه و چربی ۲ بافت کاملا متفاوت اند..
اتفاقی که برای این افراد میوفته اینه که با کنار گذاشتن بدنسازی ماهیچه های شما تحلیل میره و کوچیک میشه، فقط همین!
این دسته از افراد که چاق میشن دلیلش اینه که بدنسازیو ول کردن ولی هنوز همونقدری غذا میخورن و کالری وارد بدنشون میکنن که قبلا میکردن و چون جایی برای مصرفش ندارن چاق میشن.. سلام عزیزای دلم
