I was not feeling the cardio workout scheduled in my program today, so I switched it out for a different one that I enjoy more.
That is just ONE of the awesome benefits of being able to stream your workouts at home. I have access to over 600 different workouts that I can choose from so I never get bored and can always find a workout I actually look forward to doing. And I got to do it outside!!
Today I stretched everything out and got the heart pumping.

In the last two weeks I have lost a total of 10 pounds. I genuinely feel a mixture of emotions. Hope, fear,anxiety, and excitement. For the longest time I have felt trapped in a body that no longer belonged to me because I had stuffed it with processed foods, and sugar causing me to be over weight. I want to be able to look at jade in the mirror and recognize her. I have been vegetarian for three months and I genuinely think that has helped, I drink at least 8 cups of water a day .. and I work out five days a week. Sometimes more, breakfast is always my largest meal consisting of proteins like eggs or steal cut oatmeal .. while dinner is usually a small salad. I’ve had a lot of detox green drinks from bodegas and tea has religiously been my desert. With two to three healthy snacks a day. My goal is to lose thirty pounds by my birthday in September . Being healthy and changing my lifestyle has made me the most Happy I have been in a long long time . Exercise has reduced my anxiety, and I no longer feel so tired all the time.. I can’t wait for the future ✨
