So I came to the decision that I wanted to be a vegetarian... Honestly I’m not a huge meat lover I only really ate chicken on the daily. But the more I looked into the health benefits it drew me towards it.
Also I don’t know if it’s just me but I always get that fatty piece or chewy piece and it just puts me right off.
So tonight I made a lovely teriyaki stir fry with some veggie hot dog pieces!!!
Just a couple things I take daily to help boost up my immune system during cold and flu season! You can’t really see it but the bottle in the back is black seed oil. I also take D3, fish oil, and vitamin c. Seems like a lot ish but it’s worth it! If you’re looking for a high quality one, let me know! What are some of your favorite immune system boosters? 💁🏽♀️

Had a Full Upper Body session today at the gym. Everything was pretty smooth. Strength was there and lifted some good stuff today 💪🏾 Today’s work included:
Bench: 135x10, 185x5, 195x5x3, 225x2
Barbell Row: 135x10x2, 185x5, 135x10
Overhead Press: 95x10x2, 105x8x2, 95x10, 135x2
And then a bunch of accessories that I didnt really film. But overall pretty productive upper body sesh 🔥🔥💪🏾 now getting ready to watch Creed @creedmovie 😈🔥💪🏾 #StriveForGreatness

Standard air fresheners contain fragrance. Well what is this elusive fragrance?
According the Environmental Working Group, the average fragrance product contained 14 secret chemicals that aren’t listed on the label, many of which are linked to hormones disruption and allergic reactions and many have yet to be tested for human safety in personal care products.
EWG also found that 75% of fragrance products also contain phthalates, which have been linked to many hazardous health conditions and banned in many countries (EU, Japan, Canada, China).
While it’s not about being perfect, upgrading some of your products to more natural options will help avoid some of the issues with these hormone disrupting chemicals.
