This boy is my very first love. My son. And I know we hear it all the time how your kids are literally your universe....guys it's so true. You raise these little people and they become your tiny bestfriends who annoy you, who TRY you, who love you, who depend on you. And despite any highs and lows....once they enter this world you know you cant ever live without them. I dread the day he grows up and is too cool for his momma....which is why I take my business seriously....its allowing me to focus on all these precious days I have left with my son 💙 especially since he will no longer be mommies only baby, little sister will be here in a very short 8 weeks. I am truly blessed!

Let’s just destroy the notion that likes + followers = success.
Success to me is growth and alignment in my business, in myself, and in those who choose to follow me.
If all three of those things are happening – I am SUCCESSFUL AF.
Already had a glass of fresh oj, mixed with 'Love your gut powder' (I'll post a pic and description of this soon!), and these will form part of my meal. I could only carry one box, as Nova was in my arms and she's currently boobing.😅

✨Shocking! Another food we believed to be great for our health has been proven to do the opposite! This is why we need to do our own research instead of passively relying on the information we are given! !
I personally prefer to break my fast (breakfast) with a healthy smoothie containing approx 80% veggies and 20% fruits, while of course adding my herbs and seeds. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as our body has been fasting all night! Be sure to always break your fast with raw foods as it is easier for your body to break down! !

Potatoes + greens 🙏🌱😋 my go-to dinner every single night without fail! Whether it's Japanese sweet potatoes or or yams or russet potatoes or Jamaican sweet potatoes or white potatoes, I thoroughly enjoy it. There are so many nutritious and filling root vegetables, and so many ways to prepare them! This post is probably better for a #transformationtuesday but I’m gonna use it on #tbt anyways 😜 I’m not a huge fan of posting before pics (which is why I don’t have very many) but looking at these pics side by side is a good reminder of how far I’ve come. Me now vs me 6 mos after having my daughter. I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m really proud of the work I’ve done to get here and I know the old me would have given anything to look like me now. There will always be something to work on, so it’s really about learning to enjoy the journey, appreciate how far you’ve come, encourage and inspire others, and learn to love yourself for who (and where) you are right now ❤️💯💪
