I know, sounds obvious right?
But how often do we spend our time doing things that we think we ‘should do’ or feel like we ‘have to’...Leading to resentment and distraction.... Live with passion, zeal and enthusiasm. Don’t just try to ‘make it’ through the day.
Don’t dread the day; attack the day. Know what you want to accomplish today and go for it🎉

What is your motivation for work? There’s no shame in saying money. Many people wouldn’t do the jobs they do without it. Even if it’s not at the forefront of our thoughts, money can be attached to so many other things that we associate with it – value, status, freedom, ease, success.⠀
I encourage you to really think about what drives you at work. Then consider other ways you could achieve the same outcome. Freedom can mean many different things. Value comes in so many packages. Success is how we choose to define it.⠀
That’s not to say that you shouldn’t be striving towards money-based visions, or suddenly feel like you need to quit your corporate job for something you think is more ‘heart-based’ (unless this is your calling.)⠀
All this allows you to stop and consider how you can supplement your work to create even deeper levels of fulfilment and joy in other areas of your life.⠀
Balance is everything, and understanding our motivations can support us in taking a holistic approach to achieving our varied goals.

Warrior weekend ready! It's been an exhausting week physically for me as I've taught more classes than usual and was a bit under the weather to begin with but I'm feeling ready today! Feeling better and feeling strong for anything that comes at me this weekend.
I've got a crazy long weekend of things to do but most importantly my girls in the YTT are learning standing poses on Sunday. Standing poses are probably the majority of most flow classes. There is so much to look out for, so many cues, and literally so many poses and pose variations that can be taught. I can't wait to see what they come up with and how they use these poses to deepen their own practice.
On Saturday @johnalanphoto (the man that did these photos) will be working with me again for some fun fall shots. Really looking forward to that and seeing the results. I'll also be teaching a few private sessions and hopefully getting a class myself.

T Z A T Z I K I • did you guys check out my awesome recipe for this ✨I learnt it from a little nonna who had been cooking at this local restaurant for over 50 years on the island of Paros, she was so excited to tell me, since it is something that she makes by the gallon everyday.
200 grams Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Lebanese cucumber, grated
3 tablespoons olive oil
10 grams dill, finely chopped
Place your grated cucumber in a sieve with a pinch of salt over to get out excess water, water a couple of minutes before draining excess water. Tip*get out as much water as possible to save making Tzatziki runny
Spoon yoghurt into a medium bowl, add vinegar, garlic, olive oil, dill and grated cucumber and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Leave to sit for 30 minutes in fridge before serving, this gets all the flavours mingling.
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkling of fresh dill to serve

Yesterday I was sweating my face off & today is a rest day. I've been using these days to get some yoga sessions in. It not only keeps things loose, but it's so calming for the mind. I never used to be a huge fan of yoga, but it is now one of my fave classes. I used to think that I needed to be doing straight cardio ALL the time, so I think that was a BIG reason why I didn't like it in my earlier years. I do love being able to find a session and duration that I want all from our app 👌. One day I get my butt kicked for leg day, the next day = relaxing yoga
This week I am in the process of finalizing my September group. If you are wanting to get started or get back to it after summer here let me know & I will add you in 🖤. Septemeber 10th is our start date 😎
