The best part about living here is taking a day off feels like a awesome vacation! There's always something to learn when we go for our nature walks with the kiddos! Kyle loves to learn hands on in the tide pools and snorkeling!
One of the coolest things about traveling is discovering places you have never been before. I’ve been to Oahu many times but I’ve never seen the Botanical Gardens.
They are absolutely gorgeous.
We did not get there early enough for the famous shot at the entrance. Mostly because I was trying to get over being sick, and a little because we forgot our specific credit card 💳 used to book when we went to pick up the Jeep yesterday morning so I had to run back to the hotel.
Good to Know: Once the gardens open at 9am vehicles need to move through the entrance so there is no stopping allowed at that specific location.
We didn’t mind. We were just happy to experience such a stunning spot.
I’ll post some videos I took from the car on my stories later today of the entrance and further into the gardens.
Happy Aloha Friday!!!

It’s National Goof Off day! Did you know that even existed? What better way to celebrate than to goof off with some of your best buds. Give yourself a break from all the hard work you’re putting in, you deserve it! Will you be goofing off today? Or are you already celebrating? Cheering in style, mahalo @sakeshop! HAPPY ALOHA FRIDAY!

See ya soon Florida ✌🏽 GUYS, this is our first time leaving P 🙈😭 (currently dying on the inside) ... although we are so sad to leave her, we're beyond excited to spend some mommy and daddy time and celebrate the hard earned trip with our TEAM!
My good friend @lifeasaloewen sent me the sweetest message this morning reminding me that as parents you have to consider your happiness and recharge your batteries in order to give your kiddos the best of the best 🙏🏽 To show her STRENGTH and courage to work hard so you CAN live freely ✨
Thanks noni and papa for the babymoon 🥰 @cher_thury@jimthury#bestgrandparentsever . SEE YOU SOON SWEET BABY ❤️ Until then… we are BAHAMAS bound! 🌴 #thecoachlife
The silence of nature is very real. It surrounds you ... you can feel it 🌱
O silêncio da natureza é muito real. Ela envolve você ... você pode sentir isso 🌱
Last fall I spent some time on Moloka’i and I’m finally getting around to writing about some of those experiences. One of the most unique and fun things we did was mail decorated coconuts home! Read about how to do this while you’re in Molokai on the blog. #linkinbio
Jurassic Journey.. ☁️✨
I can’t think of any other way to describe this other than a scene out of Jurassic Park. @olivegen looks like a little spec compared to the massive falls.. This place seriously leaves me in awe, even just looking back at the photos. Stay inspired my friends!

Sandcastles.......who doesn't compare theirs to every other one being built?
I have so much chaos in my life, it's become normal. I’ve become used to it. I just relax, take a deep breath and try to see how i can make things work rather than complain about how they're wrong.
Then I show gratitude. When I do, it unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what i have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It has turned a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.
Practicing gratitude can keep our hearts open to the tenderness in our daily experiences. When you’re thankful, how does your body respond? Is there a sense of lightness? Tingling? Warmth? In what way does expressing gratitude change your outlook?
Tell me, what are you grateful for? 🌊

Check out my stories ☝🏻 to see more of the view from Koko Head at sunset, including the bridge of doom!
We tried to get to the top of Koko Head yesterday for the sunset. Unfortunately we parked our car AT sunset and we only made it up about 3/4s of the way before deciding to turn back since we were losing light too fast.
Do you spy my husband Jason using the flashlight on his phone to go down the stairs? 🧐 #LiveTravelAloha
Tip: If you’re trying to catch the sunset and you’ve never done this hike before, I would recommend you start to head up around an hour before sunset and keep in mind that you have a little less than an hour of light to get back down.
Hi, yes I’m still alive. Yes I’m still pursuing photography. Yes I spent the last month in Hawaii. Yes I changed my Instagram name, and website url (link in bio). Yes my hair is still too long. Yes I’m still broke and am living at home. Yes I’ve had a lot of good times since gradation. Yes I’ve also had a lot of tough times since graduation. Yes I miss my friends. Yes I am thankful for my friends who are around me. Yes I’ve learned a lot this past almost-year, which will hopefully give me more direction for this upcoming season of grinding. And yes, I have a lot of new photos & stories to share.
Hopefully I answered some of your questions 🙃
