Through the blue I saw these tiny figures meandering in the distance. One creature in particular, no bigger than a football, starting making its way towards me. The shape turned out to be a curious baby spinner dolphin. Not long after, more adolescent spinners started to come play. As I drifted on the surface, the babies kept making close passes, as if to rebel against their skeptical parents. As the parents rallied their young, they glided by in one final pass. In this picture alone I could count at least a dozen baby spinners... a truly magical experience.
"Flying by this waterfall and the Big Island of Hawaii felt more like I was in a movie than real life. The scale of it all was hard to capture but just know that this waterfall is 2600 feet tall. That is equal to about 2 Empire State Buildings!" - @michaelmatti
