Hi hi, here’s some glute activations and two exercises you should do on your next glute day!
Contrary to what some IG fitness pages want to make believe, I just want to let you know your glutes won’t “grow” with resistance bands. Bands are amazing for activations, to warm up the muscles which will help in engagement while actually lifting. They’re also great for stretching and physical therapy which is what they were always used for by professionals.
To grow your glutes you need bodyweight, light weight, heavy weight, banded exercises, different volumes, tempos etc.. a mix of everything will be ideal. You can’t grow your glutes off bands exercises/workouts only.
Some people will show more glute growth than others doing certain amount of weight and exercises (light or heavy), that will always depend on how responsive their glutes are, the engagement, genetics and so on.
Anyway, activation is important, make sure you’re doing them!
