I officially finished my 8 week program 🎉
It was great to be able to fit it in my busy schedule, specially with the move since it was only 4 days a week 🙌🏼 I wish I had worked as hard on my nutrition as I did during my workouts, I would have had much more progress to share ... but I did not & choose to enjoy this season a bit more and I m going to try not to dwell on it 😬
I know I got stronger which is harder to see than inches lost or the number on the scale but I know I can lift more now then I did, and THAT counts!
I actually surprised myself with how much I could lift during the move 😂 #movingisexhausting
I m now going to do an hybrid calendar of one of my favorite trainers to prepare for his upcoming #20minworkout 🏋🏻♀️ Yes it will be only 20 min a day but I know him so I am so excited but oh so nervous 😂
