Epic Cookie Dough £6.99: A truly heart warming cookie dough. Shared this between two like all sensible adults should. This is basically the Lotus Biscoff cookie dough but renamed for some (i don't care 🤷♂️) reason. I have tried a similar round at The Urban Chocolatier and i must be honest with you guys, this is an improved version! T.U.C one is good too. It's served piping hot, molten choc chips are hidden away deep under the crust of the dough, a cold dressed creamy vanilla scoop sweating away like a baby snowman waiting for you to start digging for the treasures. Once you start digging, the cookie dough comes apart so smoothly and you can feel the rich caramelised gingerbread melting away in your mouth. The vanilla ice cream makes this dish a match made in heaven. This is a great cookie dough and can easily fall in the ranks of the original Pizza Hut cookie dough in terms of enjoyment.
Mango Lassi £4.49: A tasty mango icecream drink but not like a tradition Lassi that contains a higher ratio of Yoghurt. Its sweet, creamy and has evidence of mango flesh inside the mug so you know they are not cutting corners with flavoured over real fruits. Its questionable if they put any yoghurt in this drink. Either way i would get it again.
Treatz Luxury Hot Chocolate £3.30: This was a decent hot chocolate but not luxury. It was served with a flake bar, 2 squishy marshmallows, whipped cream (everyones favourite by now 😅) and some chocolate sauce drizzled inside and over. The overkill of whipped cream was melting away instantly and dripping down the side and onto the table.

Chicken haleem. I normally use meat but when I want a quick fix I use chicken as it still tastes good and cooking time is reduced.
Haleem is one of my fav desi dishes🙌🏽
It’s been nice and sunny so great natural light for pics! It’s a shame I was too hungry to take better ones 🤣
That colour!! ✨ The perfect treat for anytime. Who else here loves cheesecake? Made by @chef_belal .

Pictured: spicy tikka masala pizza, and medium spicy fried korean wings
The star of the show here? Hands down, the Korean fried chicken wings!!! So so crispy, juicy, jam-packed with flavor...oh my goodness, it was a party in our mouths ya'll. I'm pretty sure I could eat these wings every single day and still want more...that's how good they are!!
There are also multiple flavor choices available for the wings.
The spicy tikka masala pizza is their best-seller, but I personally enjoyed the Dallas Cowboys pizza more, which we got to-go (BBQ sauce, chicken, red onion, & smoked mozzarella). On another note, the owner and staff are all very friendly and accommodating! Definitely pay this place a visit if you want awesome customer service and great food!

Close up of the crispy tempura batter.. one of my fave meals but I think I say that about everything 🤔

Mixed tempura veg served with plain white rice and a rich coconut sauce and a little soy dipping sauce which is just soy sauce, with chillis and a squeeze of lemon 😋 p.s the chilli going across the coriander is really annoying me it’s too exact 😒

One of the best things about @cafeeastbow was you could customise your own breakfast - great if you’re a picky eater! Greasy & fried just how we like it 😋 the fruit on our pancakes makes up for it though, right? 🙄🍓

Note: The photos were shot on a friends Samsung, so excuse the poor quality 🤪
Alhamdulillah went to @walnutmcr again to try out a few more of their dishes. We had the Lamb Chops and Kabab Torsh. We decided not to get the starters this time, because the mains portions are huge and we found it difficult to finish our food, the last time we visited. The lamb chops at this place are amazing, and the kabab torsh comes with a pomegranate paste drizzled over it. The paste was nice bit o felt the kabab was a tiny bit drier than their lamb filets - so I would definitely get the lamb fillet over the kabab torsh. The rice in the pictures is Barberry Rice. I dont really like ordering rice when we go out, but this rice is probably the best I have ever had. This restaurant is pretty busy so make sure you ring up and book a seat, just to be on the safe side. It is also family friendly and you can go in large groups. The staff are very friendly too. Definitely one of the most under-rated restaurants in Manchester.
Fresh crispy Dali bora (fried lentil snacks) this is so simple to make and is a perfect snack. There are a lot of variations. Main ingredients are soaked red lentils, onions, green chillies/chilli flakes and fresh coriander. I like adding some curry powder and turmeric too.
@LeilaEaling (Moroccan, Lebanese) – Ealing, London
🄷🄰🄻🄰🄻 🅂🅃🄰🅃🅄🅂 Fully Halal food menu • Alcohol served.
#Leila has been around for a while and offers a varied menu of traditional #Lebanese and #Moroccan dishes.
By and large, the dishes were decently made, with some being better than others. The mixed grill, however, left much to be desired.
Certainly worth a visit if you're in the area of #EalingCommon. There aren't any other such restaurants in the area better than #LeilaEaling.
𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲: Sea bass fillet cooked in a sauce of preserved lemon, spices and herbs, £11.50.
The lid was lifted to release a subtle waft of fishy goodness courtesy of the sea bass therein.
With this, we opted for the default couscous that comes with every #tagine. And we’re glad we did too, because given this tagine’s watery broth, the couscous was perfect in absorbing all that sauce.
The sea bass itself was soft and flaky, and swimming in a rich tangy tomato base, with enough pepper to add a touch of heat. One of the best dishes had on the evening!
🍹Drink - Pina Colada
🥗Starter - Sojok/ Batata Darna
🍲Main - Fish Tagine
🍮Dessert - Sticky Toffee Pudding
HAPPY FRYDAY- what’s your go to combo? 🔥 .
