Just a few 70kg x8 deadlifts.
Decided to deadlift twice a week, one light session^ to work on form, one heavy session.
Also did 100kg x8 on rack pulls🤪
So much has changed the past 3 months of being at uni. It’s like I walked in this gym a new person.
My form has majorly improved in all my lifts.
I’d never film in this gym, now I have the confidence to.
I’m now using a lifting belt.
My strengths increased.
I’ve got more knowledge on lifting methods overall.
My bench has gone up from 35kg to a possible 50kg.
I’m more fluffy from this bulk😂
It all takes time. Each day is a chance to improve.
Happiness is in the transformation and the will to sculpt your body for the fittest version of you. Fit and strong mindset along with a body beyond comparison is all what we should aim for.💪🏻✌🏻 The purpose is to love more and not hate.
To appreciate the flaws and work on them for healthier version of you.

Did 10reps each for 3 sets right after each other🔥🔥
Did the superset after some heavy hiptrust where I did 3 reps with 120kg after a long time. I was neglecting my progressive overload so lost a lot of strenght so don’t do that & always challange yourself💖🍑

As you can see I do like to eat a lot of #plantbased meals and foods such yoghurt, black beans, tofu, edamame beans I incorporate for protein as well as supp with protein powder!

Mini cut starts today🔪
This was not @dynamite_d and I’d plan at all but 💩 happens so here we are
I injured my back Wednesday night and can’t lift weight until it’s healed which could be around 2 weeks, so instead of pushing food like we were planning, here comes the accidentally timed cut😂
When I found out that I couldn’t work out, I was mad. I was sad. I cried😂 but I got over it.
If this would have happened a year ago, I would have restricted my food. Seen how little I could possibly eat to get by because I didn’t earn it. I didn’t deserve to eat. .
Food is not a right, it’s a necessity.
You need food to recover, you don’t “get to eat” because you did something to earn it.
So to all my girls out there that feel that way, it’s real. I know, I’ve been there.
But remember that you are worth it. You don’t need to earn the right to live. You deserve to be happy. You deserve to feel healthy. You matter my love💜

Anyway, now that I have your attention, I have a new video up on my YouTube channel! I finished Project Comeback and gave you the best little body update I could while out of town (I filmed another one when I got back home that will be up next week! I wanted to make sure my final photos were in the same place/lighting/clothes/etc). There’s also a healthy, paleo cookie recipe that I promise was delicious even if I completely FAILED at making them. Like, super fail. Not pretty. But still yummy.
👉🏻Question: what do you all know about this celery juice trend?? I tried my first quasi-celery juice in this video and I didn’t hate it. I’m thinking of doing a month long celery juice experiment to see how it affects my skin but I haven’t looked into the research much. Also how on earth can I do it without spending a ton of money? 😨 I’d either have to buy a juicer which is a lot of $$$ and I’d never use it again, or spend like $5+ to get fresh celery juice from a juice place every day. Are there any other options? For those of you who are on the celery juice bandwagon, how do you get your daily juice? 🤪
