Fitness is 100% mental. Your body won’t go where your mind doesn’t push it. See what happens when you don’t give up! Push through that last rep even when you think you can’t!! Mind OVER matter. That last rep you miss is the rep that can make or break your growth. May not be the prettiest but PUSH through it. Happy Freaky Friday!!! 😜💪🏼🙌🏼 #feeltheburn
Okay I literally don’t know why these videos are so blurry!!!! I must be doing something wrong :( but here are some workouts you should incorporate into your leg day 🔥🔥 pretty conventional but very effective. I was really upset because I couldn’t go high weight with my deadlifts - or really any lift because this leg day because my back was absolutely KILLINGG me, so i decided to go lighter weight with a higher amount of reps. (I really need to get that checked out) but save this & give it a try & squeeeeeze da glutes :) 🍑
• side leg press: 5 sets
• conventional deadlifts lighter weight, so higher reps: 5 sets
• kneeling hip thrusts: 5 sets
• hip thrusts: 5 sets (I forgot to record this for this specific leg day so I recorded it the leg day after) •

Love a good medium boiled egg 😍 from The egg has gotten a bad rap lately but don't be fooled by the myths 😜 This high protein food has a complete amino acid profile (yolk included) making it one of the best, most quality sources of protein out there! More fun facts below and how to boil the perfect egg 🔽
If you can budget for Free-Range eggs you definitely should! Here's how they compare to cage raise eggs: •⅓ less cholesterol
•¼ less saturated fat
•⅔ more vitamin A •2 times more omega-3
•3 times more vitamin E
•7 times more beta-carotene
How amazing is that! Here's how boil an egg: ▶️ Fill pan with cold water, covering eggs by 1 inch. ▶️ Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. ▶️ Turn off heat, cover, and let stand 90 seconds to 2 minutes for soft-boiled eggs, 1 minute 45 seconds to 2 minutes 15 seconds for medium-boiled, and 11 to 12 minutes for hard-boiled.
Drugs won’t get you as high as this 🤪 On Wednesday’s we wear @staunch.nation & drink Koala Freak 😜🐨💗 (booty growing SZN) .
Don’t underestimate the power of a workout!!! Whether it be an hour or 20 minutes!! I train for the endorphins I get after and the great mood it puts me in!!
Loving @staunch.nation new women apparel! Super cute hoodie crops and regular long sleeve crops perfect for sweater weather! Check them out and use code Andrea10 off apparel and supps 🙌🏼

When you’re working out and choosing exercises, sometimes you have to improvise. Sometimes your gym doesn’t have the machine or the machine is busy and you need to finish up quickly.
When I’m using only my apartment gym for chest days it’s hard because of the limited equipment, but recently I threw together a cable only chest workout which worked wonders!
There is honestly no excuse to getting something done if you want to do it. Most of the time it’s just excuses, so move past that and challenge yourself ♥️
1️⃣incline press (I arch my back because it gives you more strength, allegedly isn’t the perfect form but I’m trying to strengthen my chest a little so form will be off)
2️⃣reverse chest fly
Last week doing stability work before I go back to strength training. My balance has improved so much ever since I changed my program these past 4 weeks. When doing a single leg lunge with a TRX make sure to not over extend the knee past the toe to reduce the amount of stress on the knee.
This week I’ve been having a really tough time with lots of things and it’s been really hard to keep up to date on posting and recording. But I love you all so much and this week I’m ready to feel like my princess self 💁🏻♀️
Let’s start off with a cable abs routine. This is harder than it looks. Do not attempt this if you’re not willing to back it up with chocolates afterwards, you will cry.
1️⃣cable single leg mountain climber—one straight in, one oblique
2️⃣cable single leg jackknife crunch
3️⃣cable jackknife crunches (Is my man @kriswu killing it or what 🎵♥️)
And here it is folks... last but CERTAINLY not least... my gymshark lifting club shirt 💯💯👏🏽👏🏽 this was my last order since the blackout sale and it has finally arrived 😭❤️
There are rules that apply to those who wear this shirt and are a part of this club... they are:
1.Membership must be paid in sweat
2.Never skip leg day
3.If you said you would show up then show up
4.Always put your weights back
5.Ordinary is the enemy
6.Rest days are earned
7.Last set= Best set ————————————————————————
I love the way this shirt fits and the way it looks 😍💯 I’m definitely gonna be wearing this top a lot 👌🏽
This transformation picture is about 7 & a 1/2 - 8 months apart. In the before picture I trained glutes as much as I did now & I started to realize that I was experiencing muscle growth plateau. So, I started changing my workouts. Rather than focusing on volume (how many workouts you do in the gym) I started to focus on EFFORT. You can walk out of the gym from doing 6+ workouts & feel completely fine bc your effort levels weren’t there, but after 4-5 workouts of pushing yourself & reaching new weights you will not feel that way. Another big thing that I changed was religiously “practicing” progressive over load. This is where you are increasing your weights in your working sets each week. I also started incorporating hip thrusts ALOT into my training & stopped performing reps at a certain amount. I started to perform reps to my fullest potential even if it is with a higher weight, I perform reps until failure (or just until I feel like I can’t go anymore) and with ALL of my effort. If I had to suggest one workout to anyone to grow their glutes it would 100% be hip thrusts. They are like magic. Put it with protein, food, other compound lifts/ accessory moments & consistency, you are guaranteed to put on a sufficient amount of muscle.

Happy December everyone!
I haven’t been super active this weekend, just needed some time off but we back with another back workout!
It’s been a lot of back workouts lately, I am aware of that and I promise to film something different soon.
This is one basic back exercise: the row done with dumbbells, barbell, or simply a plate.
So regardless of your intensity level with lifting weights at the gym, you can format exercises according! ♥️♥️
1️⃣dumbbell row (intermediate)
2️⃣barbell row (difficult)
3️⃣plate row (easy)
One of the greatest moments in life is realizing that two weeks ago, your body couldn’t do what it just did 💪🏼 (warning long post about diet update ahead)
I keep getting asked if I track my macros from my postings of food in my stories and I stopped about 3 months ago. I’ve meal prepped for about two years so I know how to spot correct portion sizes and now I just eat until I’m satisfied. I love my current shape and I’m not trying to lose or gain weight so tracking for me right now just doesn’t make sense and is a lot more stress free. I eat for fuel and enjoyment! Yes I have carbs in every meal don’t be afraid of them! I eat about 2,200 cals a day and about 300g comes from carbs last time I checked. .
I LOVEEE carbs more than any other macro haha so for me eliminating them just doesn’t make sense because why? Leading a healthy life style and creating healthy habits is all about doing something you can handle long term and if you cut out completely the things you love then your will power will eventually die out and you’ll be back at square one. Everything is good in moderation and as long as you’re eating at your maintenance calories or create a deficit there’s no way you will get “fat”. Of course some food choices are better than others when it comes to its nutrients (comes back to the part about fueling your body with clean good foods) but that doesn’t mean you can’t have them! If you love your chocolate or donuts then have them! Just don’t have 200 of them and also don’t deprive yourselves.
I love rice (who doesn’t) so I have it everyday until I get tired of it (never) as well as my daily treats that include @gbutter 😍 And of course my morning fruit smoothies and açaí bowls! It’s all about balance and being good at least 80% of the time, cus the 20% Drea is somewhere between @shakeshack and @creamnation 😂🙌🏼 Follow my food page @dashofdrea for it all! Hope this post helps some of you!
Reminiscing summer memories this morning when it started snowing 🌨 I love the different seasons and what they bring to us!! However, I hate the beginning of winter when it snows and rains at the same time and exam pressure is surreal. But after that comes the sunshine and it brings Christmas, food and presents! So there is light at the end of the tunnel ♥️ (and how cute is my uni campus 😍)
My personal transformation in 1.5 years! I didn’t think I changed this much but looking back, I have come a long way. I’ve grown more muscle and am more toned now. I honestly wish I took more transformation pictures to see how far I’ve come, but no big deal we can start now. I know my journey has just started and I am continuously going to be changing and upgrading myself throughout my life to become a better version of myself. It’s a good thing to look back and see what you could improve on, but make sure never to compare yourself to others. They are different and they live a different life and it’s not fair to yourself to be achieving to be a twin of someone completely different. Aim to be a better version yourself everyday and I promise results and happiness are headed your way ♥️
happy fitness friday everyone! 💪🏽 i will be posting a quick ab workout later today on my youtube channel! so stay tuned for that! ✨ also, carrying my gym bag around counts as a workout right? i mean come on those things can get heavy. which leads me to the thought that carrying a purse around is also a workout. therefore im always working out and should never feel guilty for all the days id rather not be at the gym☺️ #livefitwithbrittany
Low key on the gram, but always high key in the gym😌💪
