Looks like I may be getting sick 🤷🏻♀️. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the gym because my back injury changed the type of pain and it was so consistent and hard to deal with I didn’t want to love and I got really depressed. I tested it for a week and a bit and I’m forcing myself back into the full swing of things. Tried a stretch I know from yoga and it released something and now working out is easier. Going to be starting and ending my days with that stretch and I’m going to be doing yoga at least once a day. Today was the 4th lower body workout of the week and it was a killer one!! 🔥🔥🔥 Plus I was barefoot for all the exercises and could feel a huge difference in stability and strength as my feet were completely flat and stable. Will probably do it more often, specially for heavy deadlifts and squats.

I’m not one who normally takes pre, only other time I did I got the worst stomach ache. Luckily that didn’t happen this time, quite the opposite happened I felt great and had a lot of energy 😛 (which I’ve been lacking from working so much lately, this is just what I needed.
& my favorite thing has to be how convenient it is, just take a stick to-go with you and open it up when you need it! I’m holding my favorite flavor, Sour Strawberry 🍓

Got my sweat on this morning💦😁 legs and some core. Here are a couple exercises i did
✖ Squats 3 sets or 15
✖ Deadlifts 3 sets of 15
✖ Fire hydrant 3 sets of 15.
✖ Plank 3 sets of 45 seconds
Dont forget to use appropriate weight and squeeeeeze those cheeks (as my trainer likes to say) to grow that booty😁

**Do you ever get bloated?? * Whenever I get bloated, it’s mainly due to stress, something I ate or a sign that its that time of the month.
* But there are several reasons to why a person can get bloated. (Swallowing air from a straw, chewing gum, eating food that causes gas, eating too much processed foods, sugars & artificial sugars, drinking too much soda or allergies to certain foods) * For me what I do to prevent bloating is to avoid foods that I know will cause my body to be bloated. I avoid chewing gums, carbonated drinks, and try to eat unprocessed foods. But let’s be real , I’m human and sometimes I really really want to eat those processed food lol its okay to eat those once in a while and have occasional bloat though, sometimes it’s totally worth it haha. Anyways, it’s totally normal to be bloated and look like you’re 3 months preggo! 😂👌🏽 •
When it happens, I just feel like there’s nothing to do , just go on with life and the next hopefully its gone! 🤷🏽♀️
