Everyday is not leg day, I post a lot about legs and glutes because they’re my fav and I received way more requests from you guys about it 🍑🍗🤷🏽♀️ But yes I promise I train more than just my legs 😂😭
Everyone has their trouble areas. It can be really frustrating to have fat hanging out of your bras. Poor nutrition and a lack of exercise are related to excess body fat, also the contributor to back fat. You can’t spot reduce but you can get rid of the excess fat by being in caloric deficit and do more targeted exercises (resistance training) to build your back muscles.
Ladies if you want to build that hourglass ⏳ shape. The wider your back the smaller your waist looks. So ladies don’t neglect your back

⬆️ to 70 lbs on lat pulldowns now. You can see with my form I'm trying to set my upper trap down before pulling the bar and resetting that position EVERY rep to keep that muscle out of the equation so I can really focus in on the lats.

I never backed myself enough, didn't have the confidence and truthfully, I cared far too much about what others would think of me and what I was doing.
This is a lil message to myself, and to all of you wonderful humans. 🌈 Please don't live your life in fear of judgement. Push yourself to your full potential and do the things that truly set your heart on fire.

Before I workout out my back, I like to deeply stretch and foam roll for around 10-15 minutes. Doing that frees up my backs and allows me to get a better range of motion and contraction with every rep. Try this workout out and let me know how you like it!
