Since I have a feeling I’m not the only one who has a hard time motivating themselves to get to a workout (especially in the winter when it’s much easier to stay in and watch Netflix), I’ve come up with a list of 10 reasons we should just do it.
1. It will make you happy.
2. It will make you more fit and have stronger muscles.
3. It will clear your mind.
5. It will make you more confident.
6. You’ll feel more at ease in your own skin
7. There is enough time in the day. Think of it this way: a 30-minute workout is only 1/48 of your day.
8. You’ve paid for it.
9. It will make you have a sensational butt. Enough said!
10. It will help you sleep better at night.
11. Because the only workout you ever regret is the one you skip.
