So many days we get down on ourselves if we miss a workout🤦🏻♀️..
Ate too many 🍪 (that’s me)..
Drank too many 🍷..
Felt weak or didn’t 🏋🏻♂️..
Didn’t stretch enough..
The list could go on and on!! 🌱
So today i didn’t get up for AM workout because I convinced myself I will have time tonight. I’m not going to let this ruin my day like I used too! 👎🏼 NOPE
Instead today is a NEW DAY!
I won’t feel bad!
I’ll get it ✅..just maybe a little bit later! And I’ll get it done STRONGER! 💥 👊🏼
In the journey of forex, we often fail many times before we see true consistency and success. -
Often the feeling we get when we experience failure is negative, but once you understand that the struggles you face when trading is for your own good. You need to learn how to turn the struggle into power so you can get more of a drive to become a consistent trader.
Treat struggle and motivation.
Someone once told me that I need to accept the fact that in every team there will be great people, average people and poor people. If you take the median there you know what you get? ... AN AVERAGE TEAM ... That’s the biggest joke I’ve ever heard. Don’t accept average, it’s a recipe for disaster. Nobody wakes up each day saying they want an average day, average relationships or average meal. That would be ridiculous! ... Yet people will accept this with their business! .... I believe whole heartedly you can have a team of A-Players. Don’t accept average. .... This is my team and me, yes it’s small but they’re outstanding! ... Expect the best and don’t accept anything else!
Change your mindset and you can make things happen ;) .
Start with this few steps:
✔️Choose to change and make the conscious decision that you are no longer going to allow yourself to be ruled by your negative thoughts.
✔️Become self-aware and tune into your inner dialogue so you can quickly recognize whether it’s positive and deserves a space in your mind or negative and needs to go.
✔️Practice using statements that affirm your self-worth and repeat them in your mind whenever negativity creeps in. Some of my favorites are ‘I love and accept myself’ or, ‘I accomplish anything and everything I set my mind to.
✔️Repeat them over and over until the negative voice is no longer with you. It might feel odd in the beginning and you may not believe the statements yourself but over time, if you continue to repeat them, your thoughts will become your reality. TRY IT!

First consider yourself, the effort you put in, is what in return life gives you. Now why not focus that effort into developing small habits that can potentially improve your lifestyle, be it reading, jogging, or juggling( did you know that juggling increases grey matter and actually makes you smarter!) point being channel that focus into something productive and in return production will channel into you.
