Here’s some Monday Inspo: This came up on my news feed from a few years ago and made me look at it and think. When its your time it will happen. Everything happens for a reason. Your not given things you cant handle until your ready to handle them and years later i still believe this. So maybe today your not where you want to be and thats okay but who says in a few years you wont be there. In the last 4 years I accomplished more then i ever imagined and im so grateful for that. I went through some rough times were i thought whats wrong with me why cant i do this and i see people doing more then me and it sucks but it all has a time and purpose. I remember almost a year non-stop worrying & crying when was it going to be my turn to be a mom, and i would see 14 year old having babies and it killed me; but look at me now. I remember when i wanted a salon but didnt know how to even go about it, but here i am now on my SECOND one! I remember when i had my first real walk-out and thought how am i going to keep my salon going; but i did and we are stronger then we have ever been. I remember when i wanted a house and car, ive accomplished that too. I remember when i was in some shitty relationships and thought am i ever going to find the one. I not only found the one but i found the one who is the father of our child. Sometimes i felt alone and really i had a crowd of amazing people supporting and cheering me on. So yes you may not know it yet or see it but its going to happen when the time is right.
Remember: everything happens for a reason.

Dreading coming into work today? Or starting your busy week?
Just remember those days you prayed and busted your ass to be where you are now.
Sometimes refocusing your outlook on your blessings can greatly impact your mentality.
Some people choose to see the impending storm, while others cele brate the rain. 🌦️ The choose is always ours to make.
Now go on and have an amazing week. 🧡
TRUTH. #MondaysThoughts 💭💭2016 was the year I decided to go all out UNCOMFORTABLE! Quit my day job, moved 600 miles away from home JUST to take all chances on ME! That was the best decision I ever made, it got me comfortable with being uncomfortable! I found so much in this space, myself, my passion, true relationship with GOD, my strengths, my abilities, my capabilities, true BELIEF.... everything was outside of the BOX! Once I got out, GOD started showing Himself 1000%. -
Sometimes the first step is the best step, doesn’t have to be figured out, but you’ve got to make the move. CHOOSE to forget about how it’ll happen, how to make it make sense, how to make sure everything is right first... truth is, it’ll never be perfect. You don’t have to know how, you JUST HAVE to KNOW!!!

First full training sesh in the books. Broke my hand pretty good a couple of Wednesdays ago but decided I wasnt going to let that keep me down too long. Theres a Houston open to win. Thanks coach Ricky and Zach for the beatings.
I dont advise anyone doing this as my family and friends think ive had a psychotic break. As they say though... hard work isn't easy.
Moral of the story...you can always do something. Just stay on the mats. Have a great week!
For those that don’t know, I’m running for team TAN in the 2019 Boston Marathon. TAN stands for Technology for Autism Now, and they are a non profit organization that improves the lives of kids and adults with autism, along with their families, through innovative technology solutions. .
My intention for running the race is to make a difference in people’s lives by increasing the awareness for autism and supporting TAN in achieving their mission. .
I invite all of you to check out our donation page! The link will be in the bio (for Instagram) and in the description box (for Facebook). Also, if your situation allows, I welcome each and every one of you to donate to this cause, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could see if your companies would match your donations; because 100% of the money raised goes directly to the TAN organization. I understand some people have already donated to different causes this month, and if that’s the case I ask that you consider donating to our cause next month. Your gifts and donations will have a tremendous impact for the the people and families affected by autism! .
I’d also love if you all could help me spread the word by liking, sharing, or commenting peoples names to this post. Thank you for all your love and support it really means the world to me.
