Last weekend we spent the weekend in Apollo Bay and for the first time I had a bit of a fly of my husbands drone. Oh so much fun! Also, for the first time in many years we drove home along the GOR and played tourist in our own state. Whilst the Grand Prix was on in Melboune we were actually escaping the crowds 😁. The GOR is one of the world great road trips for a good reason! .
I did a little bitty blogpost with all my favorite landscape shots from the Great ocean road today. Didn’t have much to say about them.. I think the photos speak for themselves. 🤷♀️ Feel free to check it out, you know where the link be.
Beautiful rock pools coming to you from Smoky Bay in @southaustralia along the @eyrepeninsula 🙌🏼 Be sure to check it out on your next roadtrip 🚐☀️ ———————————————————————
Thanks for the wicked photo @_aswewander 📸
The Twelve Apostles were formed by erosion. The harsh and extreme weather conditions from the Southern Ocean gradually erode the soft limestone to form caves in the cliffs, which then become arches that eventually collapse, leaving rock stacks up to 50 m high. #12apostels#Victoria#Australia#Greatoceanroad#Melbourne
