Pasta 🍝. vs. zoodles 🥒 which one do you think is faster to prepare?
I wanted to show that trying new, creative foods might not be as hard or take as long as you might think 😉 While pasta is a not bad a choice if you’re looking to add more carbs to your day, zoodles are also a great option when you’re short on time and want to add more veggies to your day. Some benefits of each below:

This is my story ❤️ 'I was sick with numerous hospital admissions each year with life threatening brittle asthma. I took Salbutamol, Flixotide 250, Seretide 250, montelukast, Amoxicillin, Predneisolone, I had a nebuliser at home to help me breathe and also Sertraline 100 for depression!! Everyday was a struggle to breathe let alone live a normal life!
I stated taking Juice Plus shakes originally for weight loss then I seen the capsules and the massive health benefits they provided and thought what have I got to lose?

As parents I think we can all relate to Christina and Aaron's story. I can't help but wonder if I would've been a better parent and enjoyed my kids more when they were younger had I had more energy.
I love that these two are still going strong three years later! This is not a diet you guys, its a lifestyle!!! ❤️ Their words: 👇🏼 "Three years ago, we were new parents of two babies who are exactly 18 months apart in age. We were exhausted. They were 2 years old and 6 months old at the time, and unfortunately, we weren’t loving parenthood as we thought we should. Life was tough, and every day was a battle with energy. We were drinking coffee and energy drinks just trying to make it through the day and eating whatever was quick and easy because we thought that was all we had time for.
When Aaron came home from work, all I would do was complain about how tired I was and how hard of a day I had. He didn’t feel his best either, and we knew this wasn’t right. We were starting to really not feel like ourselves. I would look in the mirror and want to cry. This wasn’t me! This wasn’t us!
