A few thoughts and reflections for 5:00 on a Friday 🕔 .
*Slow down. This isn’t the time to go from 100 miles an hour one direction, to cramming in as much of “your own time” as fast as possible in another
*reflect on the week past *reflect on why you feel so relieved right now to be “done with the day”
*reflect on what you are so excited to get to this weekend
*if you’re living for the weekend, ask yourself why that is
*ask yourself ‘Why?’ 5 times to each reflection
*make an effort to reflect again on these thoughts at 7:00 🕖 on Sunday evening *whatever the conclusion you come to, it’s not too late to start taking strides in the direction you want to go, you can start now to make a change. Maybe for you that is no more running hard one direction for 5 days strait just to look forward to running as far away from that for the next 2 days before you start again. Maybe it’s something different. Whatever your conclusion there is always room for more of the things that bring you true joy and gratitude, and it’s never too late to grab hold of that. Start by opening a book, calling a friend or reaching out to a mentor, researching the crazy idea you have that scares you, do that thing you’re scared to do, just do something! This is your life and it’s meant to be full of life. .

The bottom line is that people want to do business with other people. And what builds that elusive “know/ like/ trust” factor is feeling like we know you— like there’s a real weirdo person behind that screen. One with quirks and funny leanings and insecurities and warmth just like us.
Don’t hide that! It’s literally the best part of who you are. AND if you really own it and don’t try to dim it down or make it “acceptable “, it will be your biggest money-making asset. . .

You may have noticed the massive shifts going on within and also in the outer world. It's truly fascinating to watch how one can live in multiple realities at once: extreme stress. It at the same time be perfectly balanced and calm, be ill and yet have energy too. And to know and trust that all is as it must be and is, and be surrendered to it. Have you noticed how a process of separation is happening as your frequency increases? How easy it is to remove negative people from your space and yet still be compassionate and understanding about everyones well-being too?
