#101 reasons I love my kids!
After a night of broken sleep with an unwell child, #1 says to me as I'm doing my hair
"You look beautiful today mum"
Me in my daggy gym gear
#thanks baby mum looks tired today"
Child #1 "No mum you look like a princess. You're my princess"
I responded by giving my little charmer a big hug. He made my morning, pit a smile on my face and gave me the attitude that Friday is my day and I can get my shit done!
I'm going to adjust my crown 👑 put a smile on my face 😁 and get this day done!
Thank you my gorgeous children, you are the main reason I smile, I laugh and I breathe 😘💑

I’m so grateful! More pictures to come!! XOXO 😘
Because #bodyblossom represents bodies. And believes all bodies are good bodies, I'd like you to park up for a moment and read about @k.shantel_spot, in her Regrann from @dothehotpants ⠀
Link in @Dothehotpants bio to read!⠀
Today on the blog, Shantel shares her story of being born with #SpinaBifida and a life threatening condition called #Gastroschisis.⠀
"This life has not been a walk in the park, but to change that would probably mean changing who I am as a person and I am absolutely in love with this girl!"⠀
Shantel has made it her mission to show that beauty doesn't have to look a certain way. She wants to change the perception and narrative that the world has placed on people with disabilities.⠀
Of her life now, Shantel says:⠀
"I am a thriving nail technician and a blooming wheelchair model. I love this life and I look forward to where it will take me!"⠀
Please read Shantel's #MyBodyStory today!⠀
Doing new things can be scary.
Laying down with your feet tapped together in a giant circular microwave making robotic tattoo machine like sounds but louder is terrifying. .
Happy to say my 5 mile am run, consistent meditation practice and strong spirit got me through my first MRI with grace and ease. I actually fell asleep 😴 during the 30 min scanning process. The technician trying to radio me through the headphones 🎧 during the scan and I was out lolz. .
Take care of you so you can help heal others and that heals the world. .
I’m on the mend for a hip injury and trusting everything will sort itself out and I’ll be back to being a fully functioning pain free 26 yr old.

My most awkward moment. (Of this past week, at least)
During their speech at the reception, Amanda and Mark added in a special and very warm thank you to me. Amanda thanked me for all of the down to the minute scheduling we did together in our numerous emails. (Anytime, I loved the organization!) They thanked me for putting up with their goofiness (I truly adored them for it, so no thanks was needed!) It was so sweet for them to think of me while thanking their parents, and closest loved ones who helped them pull off such a perfect wedding day.
Here's the special only-the-way-Jennifer-can awkwardness; I was already looking at the floor and blushing from their sweet and completely unexpected words of gratitude when the entire room started to applaud. You guyyyyys - I froze. Like, completely froze with shock. I quickly looked up, and the entire room was looking at me while clapping. I'm sure my eyes were wide. I promptly looked back down to the floor and whispered an inaudible thank you. I didn't smile, I didn't wave, I just FROZE and looked at the floor. Clearly being the centre of attention is not my greatest skill!
Since then, I've received an especially sweet message from Mark's mum, and from the bride thanking me yet again. What they don't realize is how grateful I am to THEM, and if you're reading this, to YOU!
Thank you for reading this. Thank you for following my Instagram/Facebook page. Thank you for clicking the heart on my photos, and for commenting. Thank you for recommending me. Thank you for giving me the absolute pleasure of meeting your friends and family. Thank you for allowing me to witness some of the most special moments in your life. Thank you for trusting me with your precious memories. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do what I love most in all the world. Thank you forever for allowing me to live my dream.

You are worthy of everything you want. Innately, wholly, perfectly worthy. You do not have to work harder, convince anyone else of your worth or twist yourself into a pretzel to prove your inherent worthiness or lovability to anyone in order to get what you want. Just be you. Breathe it in. Because that really is enough. And YOU really are enough. 😘❤️🙌🏼 #worthy#lifecoach#lightworker#EFT#Tapping#affirmations ✨✨🙏🏼🙏🏼
Sending so much Love to you all from this magical place, my homeland, South Africa. Out in the bush the silence is deafening, the sunset is simply breathtaking and the clean African air is mind blowing. This is all just from tonight. So grateful to be here with my family and friends. Only thing missing is my hubby @lecloots ❤️ ❤️❤️
Loved getting to speak and teach yoga at an event in Cancun a couple of weeks ago. Here are a few highlights of yoga on the beach ☀️
And, thank you so much @songsofeden for the awesome music 🎧
I’ll let this serve as the reset break for this week as a reminder that we may not always be able to jump up and do a yoga class, but as I reminded these wonderful people that day when we were in such a beautiful setting hearing the waves in our final resting pose, savasana, that we have an opportunity anytime to go to a beautiful or joyful place/memory in our minds. I encouraged them to implant that memory in their minds and we all have tons of those moments we can remember and go to at any given moment. Bonus is that taking deep breaths while thinking of something that brings us joy can put us in parasympathetic mode or the rest and digest/restore mode 💙
Time for me to study 🤓
When i was crusing around this beautiful country side of Japan, I run into this used book store called "KAKURENBO", means hide and seek. I was amazed by the great selection of all kinds of books. The most beautiful, passionate, compassionate and smart lady helped me. After 3 hours conversation with her and her best friend/customer joined us, she became my mentor, sister and great friend. What a beautiful lady! I feel full of gratitude 🙏
Can't wait to see her next time!
That moment when you miss your mum and dad for no reason at all....wishing I were in London laying on my parent's laps. What an amazing gift it is to have both parents alive and still together #love 💗 ==> if you haven't already today, send some love to your awesome parent or parents.
I wish my Norma was still here in this physical world but she lives forever in my ♥️. It’s been really difficult not having our daily talks and hearing her sound words of advice. Grief turned into isolation, anxiety and depression and I’m still learning to cope but I feel that it’s important to share my thoughts and feelings instead of keeping them all bottled inside. I also hope my journey can be helpful to others who struggle with mental health. Life isn’t always easy but I’m grateful for all the love that I have been given in this lifetime. I’m grateful I got to spend those last 5 years with her. Gratitude can be very healing. Sending all of you who struggle lots of love today! #gratitude#love#myneighbornorma#tbt❤️
