OBSESSED with my variation of home made tabouleh lately!
Maybe it’s something my body needs?!
ANYWAY try this recipe for a yummy side dish:
big bunch of parsley, half a red onion, one cloves of garlic, handful of black olives, half a bag of watercress, half a cucumber and 5 cherry tomatoes. Mix together.
Then add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, half a squeezed lime, a big glug of olive oil, pinch of sea salt and sprinkling of black pepper!
I’m loving it with avo, sweet potato fries and quinoa ATM 🧡
