So good! Fresh collard greens from the farmers market. Here’s how I make mine: melt butter in a pan sauté some garlic (of course from the garlic festival), and in some thinly slice Canadian bacon, throw in your greens, add salt and pepper, a splash of organic low-sodium chicken broth. I only cook these 5 to 7 minutes because I like them crispy 🙀 #goodgreens#collards#dinner_time#mamascooking
Loved getting to share about digestion with Kingdom Kids👑✝️ yesterday! Part of snack was a family favorite of ours - kale chips & fresh pineapple 🍍. I was not expecting the majority of our kids to love the kale chips. I was seriously worried that this was going to be a total fail! 😱It literally shocked me serving 2nds, one kiddo asked for 5ths! 😍. Our penny experiment was fun and will hopefully get kids thinking 💭the next time a soda is offered. Many sodas contain an ingredient that literally turns off our digestive fire. When consumed with a meal it leaves our bodies taxed trying to process large food particles. 😝Teaching the impact of choice is powerful. My prayer is that healthy is the norm for all kids! #healthykidsfood#transforminggenerations
