Итак, ловим жаркий блок упражнений в тренажерном зале, после которого мышцы будут🔥🔥🔥
Выполните все шесть упражнений подряд по 20 повторений. Попейте воды и при необходимости повторите ещё один-два подхода💪
Если мышцы устают, поставьте вес меньше и всегда на усилие выдыхайте через рот☝️
Обязательно стрейчинг в конце тренировки🧘♀️
Соблюдайте правильное питание с учётом дефицита, если хотите тонкую талию😉

You will work on your strength and fitness starting with laying down the foundations of muscle memory, adaptation, flexibility, agility and more.
They are a lot of fun and filled with empowerment as everyone really gets involved in lifting each other up and cheering each other on.
You work to your level and ability, you are never pushed beyond your limits, EVER.
We are capped at 4 women each class so you get the best of my coaching.
If you are a beginner and want to learn or soneone looking to increase your strength through exercises such as barbell deadlift, barbell squat, bench press and many more these classes will suit you well.

This is a group fitness class that is designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness using machines like spin bike, treadmill, stepper and floor exercises.
It is a whole lot of fun and run to music.
Each week different challenges are set. This class is designed so you take it at YOUR level and ability and is suited to beginner through to advanced.
We have a limited number of spots available. **FOCUS ON CORE & PELVIC FLOOR (TBA)
I am also setting up a semi private Focus on Core and Pelvic Floor class with an emphasis on becoming stronger and fitter without compromising your pelvic floor.
We will work on the foundations of breath and technique and then on the big lifts such as deadlift, squat, chest press as well as many more and also focussing on cardiovascular training in a way that suits YOU without the compromise of the pelvic floor.
This will be capped at 4 women only.
We also have a very limited number of private in person or online Lean Into Life Coaching program avail. By application only.

Our final trainee Liis @r.e.m.a.e.r.d .
Liis started her Pole obsession in August 2015 after dabbling in Samba. By day Liis is a Human Resources officer with a BA in Economics & Entrepreneurship and Diploma in HR Management. By night Liis is hanging upside down and now assisting Chloe on Monday nights in beginner Pole!
When she’s not pole dancing you’ll find Liis surfing, at the beach or somewhere in nature. She believes we can do anything we set our minds to with the right attitude and mindset and our bodies can do amazing things - even things that seem impossible at the start. Seeing how students improve their skills, get stronger, more confident and motivated is what gets her excited most when it comes to teaching.

This is me cleaning 80kg
Sometimes I like to do an exercise that I haven’t for a while even if it’s not related to a specific goal
Because nobody is immune to de-motivation
Yep, at different times throughout the years, I didn’t want to train and sometimes I just walk in to the gym, do 10 minutes of two exercises and I’m done
What’s most important to me is that I enjoy what I’m doing
It’s a paradox because the more pain I make myself endure
The more everything else I do is so much easier to do
When I presented The PT Impact Intensive in Perth at @themillgym, the owner told me a story about a man who had completed two hours of brutal, exhausting exercise
At the end of it, he said it was harder than the accounting degree he’d done
Everything seemed easier than that workout which was hugely beneficial for him
This is called your frame of reference and this is what training, high level sport and the military has done for me
What doesn’t kill you makes you not just stronger
What doesn’t kill you makes you unstoppable and unbreakable
That’s how I feel because of the years of overcoming injuries, carrying machine guns with bullets flying past my head
Crawling on the ground 500m with 15 kilo’s hanging from my waist
I have never felt so much pain from these moments
And I have never learned so much about how much greater my potential is
I’m saying to you that pain is good
Learn to love it
Your perspective can transform the shade you look at

Banded side steps - Banded Squat Pulses - Banded Squat Jumps - Lying Side Abduction - Banded Hip Thrust (feet elevated)
If you have back pain during hip thrusts (which a couple of you mentioned you do) - take off the weight and perfect your form - back should be flat on the floor (no arched back) - tense your core and ty to relax the hamstrings- push off the heels and squeeze the glutes - you won’t be able to go up as high but it will be more effective on the booty. Enjoy!
