So @liftit_albie thought it was a great idea to tell @melontran & @jessicalam_x to distract me as he increased 10KGS from the original/last set I was meant (as 110KGS) to do so this video shows 120KGS (attempt for 5 REPS on 5th/last SET). I’m honestly still so shook!
5X5’s of 110KGS (only showing 1ST-4TH SET). I should legit squat every week but I’m always in the ceebs mood and I’m like “yeeaaah nah let’s deadlift today”, “yeah let’s bench today”, “What’s squats?”

No doubt Pull Ups are one of my weakest points and I hated to do them, but is a must do and I think I’m starting to get a little better at it . Slow progress is better than no progress, stay consistent 💪🏼
