Snap chat saw it first...but here's a sneak peek of my song "TEQUILA TEARS" that's on my upcoming project album, "H.M.S".. That will be released before the end of the month! GUARANTEED! I was off the grid for awhile working on myself as a person rather than an artist.. but as an artist, it's my duty to give you all what you've been waiting for and what you've been wanting to see and hear. I'm telling you, I'm so proud of the hard work I've been doing behind the scenes of my music career because I'm about to put myself and my town on the map. I promise you this album means so much to me and I can't wait to release it for you all to finally have! After all the months of hard work, the sweat and tears that I've shed, the heartache and emotion I go into the studio with, the late nights I'm up writing that turned into mornings, the frustrations of self doubt, the hours of work work and more work to get this project done..is such an accomplishment for myself. It truly is one of my most proudest moments of my life that i can finally say is OFFICIALLY COMING. So many of my life stories are on this album and it was painful to let out. But I am not lying when I say that music is just something that I know I was born to do. It saved my life and I'm hoping to save others lives with the impact of it. There's a range of songs on it, but this one is by far one of my favorites from it.
When was the last time you did something for the first time?! Just think about that statement for a minute. It is pretty powerful. As adults we do a lot of the same things day in and day out, but children are constantly experiencing new firsts and today was no exception. This little boy was adventuring on his own today. He had a blast climbing the rock wall and sliding down the other side at gym class. I was a little apprehensive thinking that he was going to fall but in typical Gideon fashion he rocked it!

Last few weeks I've been through a lot of turmoil.
My business partner decided to leave at the drop of a hat and demanded we closed the company and I start something entirely new.
I don't agree with his view points but I know my skills and since I am able to create something in not too much time I decided to go along with it.
I don't think I owe him that but life's too short waste arguing over what will be irrelevant and 50 years.
During this time the only piece of mind I've found has been in the gym.
It's been a safe haven for me.
A place to come to shut out the world and just lift a bunch strange objects until I'm exhausted.
I've spent a solid 2-2,5 HOURS at the gym 5-6 days per week the last 5 weeks.
It's probably more than optimal from a fitness perspective.
But it's absolutely perfect out of a therapy perspective.
To me, at least.
To any who's stressed and don't know how to deal with it: Hit the fucking gym.
It'll be your friend and help you re-charge.
I think it saved my career this time around.
And as an added bonus I REALLY fell in love with the whole fitness thing.
I'm far from the kind of physique of my fitness friends (check out @bj.fitness_aus and @_josevidal21_ if you want some real fitness inspiration, good friends of mine and absolute wells of knowledge), but I'm definitely getting there.
However, fitness is just a bonus.
Staying sane during times of turmoil is absolutely invaluable.
Get in there, son.

The amount of times I go and grab ice cream is actually crazy af 😂🍦 We're getting really close to the one year anniversary of the accident and it both scares me and gives me hope. It's scary because after almost an entire year my shoulder is still the same and I'm scared I'm going to have to give up on sports... I know it is never going to be the same and I am scared everything that I have known and grown up with will be gone before I am completely ready to let go. I am hopeful that the best is yet to come. I am hopeful that one day I'm going to be okay to play again, I am hopeful that things will get better. Through this entire journey I have gained strength and have grown. I've realized that I need to continue to be the best me and that I can reach my highest potential as long as I try. If you’re only dieting you miss many benefits. You should go to the gym and lift weights especially with compound movements you increase your muscle mass , your testosterone and HGH. If you’re only dieting your hormonal balance will be not that good like when you’re lifting. Also it makes sense to workout because the more muscle you have the more aesthetic you will look like. If you’re only dieting you will be a skinny guy without a good developed six pack , your arms will be very slim and legs are more like chicken legs. In addition to that you will burn much more calories when you’re working out and this means you can eat more and you will have much better results. If you’re dieting only your metabolism will slow down. And now we come to the most important point : losing fat. If you’re only dieting you will lose fat and much muscle mass. Your muscle needs stimulus. Without lifting weights your body thinks: man he does not lift and thats why we don’t need that muscles. Why should I keep my biceps if he’s not doing curls etc anymore? So guys when you’re dieting it’s very important to keep working out especially with the same intensity to stimulate the muscle enough to show him that you need his “service”. All in all we can say : workout and combine this with a good diet and your results will be amazing ! .
