The boat was making several stops , in any village in the route. An exchanging of goods , spices, gasoline, boxes and everyting you may think. On those stops , which would last 20'min to 45min, plenty food vendors where getting inside the boat, selling their cooked lunch, mani, drinks and all... plenty life, as you could see
Paid another visit to the Rosslyn observation deck yesterday. The views are still the best in the entire DC metro area.

Yesterday I left London and made my way to the city of lights! ✨ Paris, France⠀
I honestly ran into a little hiccup after I landed Venice and had to legit recover bc sick as a dog! Hah long story short God Came Through and I'm actually taking some time to copulate the words to articulate the things that took place in my heart and my spirit. ⠀
But side note - none of that has to do with this photo, well it kinda does because this is who it all started with. These guys right here, meeting them on a whim while checking into my hostel turned into a trip that we would never forget. ⠀
Hah, we literally explored London one thing at a time, step at a time, all in unison. This is when we hit abbey road We talked about deep realities and whats happening in our hearts, and what we actually wanted from the life that we are facing right now. ⠀
truth be told, there are some mountains that you just take a look at and you can see that they are really bigger than you. Sometimes you've got to realize that the mountain really isn't even for you. I think my guy God, really just wanted me to see where I'd put my energy and furthermore trust. ⠀
the tea is, its really nothing major! I just got to see how God really wanted to show me a deeper importance of community. Speaking of which, Roger, Gage, Keegan! I MISS YALL⠀ TELL YOUR PEOPLE YOU LOVE THEM! SEND A HEART, MAKE A HANDSHAKE DO YO THING! ALSO PEOPLE FROM HOME I MISS YOU, I LOVE YOU WOW! Actually stoked to jump on a plane home soon
Indulge in tropical island 🏝 life at this seaside bungalow in Sri Lanka and experience ultimate seclusion and gaiety that is synonymous with the surrounding town. Settle in with a good read and a cuppa ☕️ or explore and frolic by the beach 🌊- the choice is yours.
Sounds like your next getaway?🙋♂️

Another way to make sure you are getting handmade quality items and souvenirs in Laos, is to buy them directly from artisan shops! There they usually have a wide selection of different interesting items, plus, you can actually see how they make them, chat with artisans or even sign up for workshops to learn directly from them and try to make your own souvenirs. What are the best local presents anyways? 🌺🤔😀✌🏻
So much amazing food and beautiful art in Mexico. We’re in constant state of awe! The combination of food and art (or food as art) is a beautiful ode to both. This is a wall made entirely of beans and those are natural colors. It’s part of a beautiful gate leading to a charming plaza in this pretty village not too far from Mexico City. #themexicocityexperience
I've became quite quiet lately. It's not because I have nothing to say, it's more because I got angry on Instagram 😅
This app is testing my patience since last few weeks and leave my posts somewhere in a cloud called "bad internet connection - try again, but your photo will never be added and u cannot copy paste the stuff u were preparing for last 15 min anyway" 😅
Look what I spotted. Ever saw one?
Poison dart frog (also known as dart-poison frog, poison frog or formerly known as poison arrow frog) is the common name of a group of frogs in the family Dendrobatidae which are native to tropical Central and South America. These species are diurnal and often have brightly colored bodies. This bright coloration is correlated with the toxicity of the species, making them aposematic. Some species of the family Dendrobatidae exhibit extremely bright coloration along with high toxicity, while others have cryptic coloration with minimal to no amount of observed toxicity.
The species that have great toxicity derive this from their diet of ants, mites and termites. Other species however, that exhibit cryptic coloration and low to no amounts of toxicity, eat a much larger variety of prey.
Many species of this family are threatened due to human infrastructure encroaching the places they inhabit.
These amphibians are often called "dart frogs" due to the Amerindians' indigenous use of their toxic secretions to poison the tips of blowdarts.
However, of over 170 species, only four have been documented as being used for this purpose (curare plants are more commonly used), all of which come from the genus Phyllobates, which is characterized by the relatively large size and high levels of toxicity of its members.
