This year we took a couple leaps of faith... again. We are always trying to create the most value for our client. We ride a line between value and creating wow factor as most of these events are incentives. This resort was cement and rebar in August but relying on brand prestige and reputation and with an out clause in the contract we booked the newest and now in demand property well before it was finished. We have done this many times and each time the property has landed on Condé Nast’s and T+Ls best of lists and outgrown our budget due to demand. Sourcing often times gets overlooked in the process but it defines your full program and deserves your full attention. #boutiqueservice#globalevents#bigboxexperience
People from home always ask me what I actually do at Booking. Well part of my job is in global communications, working on our strategic and engagement content. But the other part of my job is working on our global events.
This year my tiny team of 3 is hosting (for the first time ever) 15 events, across 15 cities, in 3 regions (Americas, Europe, and Asia). #saywhat
The events kick-off this Friday and to say I am #stoked would be an understatement. It’ll be my first time traveling for work as I am assigned to our #european events. 🎉

Yesterday Pop Up provided the entertainment for the @intutraffordcentre Christmas Parade for the 2nd year. We provided nearly 40 performers for this spectacular event and were honoured to perform in front of 20K people with our Festive Greatest Show!
We first began working on this show last March and to see our vision come to life yesterday was extremely rewarding and filled us with pride!
