Ginger is great for easy breathing, encourages emotional health and wellbeing along with Bergamot which is also calming. Sandalwood heals coughs and colds plus a tonic for the nervous system.
I call this recipe “Breathe Easy”.
Mix in a glass vial
9 drops Bergamot
4 drops Ginger
3 drops Sandalwood
This is a feel good diffuser blend.
You can also add this formula to 2 oz. coconut oil. *rub into your chest and throat as needed.
