As sick as I was yesterday, and most of the day today, I made it through my workout. I didn't puke, faint, or die, and I PR'd in bench even as dehydrated and as weak as I felt. This cut is tough, and I don't do everything just right. My diet could be better, I could do more cardio and supplement better. Day 4 Of Week 1 complete ✔️and I got my as* handed to me!!! My trainer asked me to “Dig Deeper” and that’s exactly what I did to make it through and give it 💯 It still amazes me how many calories you can burn in just 20 minutes. My brand new work pants I just bought because my old ones were too big are now getting loose too🙈 •
This is 6 weeks of intense workouts that are 20 minutes a day/6 days a week and every workout is different. I just can’t picture this getting any harder, so that must mean that I’m just going to get more fit and stronger...💪🏻 Bring it on😉

I’ve been throwing in some workouts from a program I did a while back. I actually loved this program because the workouts are short but the intensity is high. Slowly gaining back strength that I’ve lost. I started the push-ups in a regular position but had to modify after about 5-6 reps in. Progress though because I couldn’t do regular ones at all a couple weeks ago.
Holy cow leg day was freaken brutal yet awesome!!! And peeps who think they cant get a good workout and sweat while lifting weights be trippin....HELLO getta load of that boob sweat🤣 Sorry totally gross and TMI but #keepingitreal Ladies you want nice "toned" looked then you have to pick up those weights and train those muscles!! Dont let weights intimidate you; pick em up and show em who's boss💪💕
Some days shit does not go according to plan. There’s no two ways about it. Those are the days when the whole idea of setting goals seems absurd, when just getting through the day with your sanity intact feels like a goal in itself. For me, the last straw was going to the gym without my apple watch on - I’ve become so focused on having a record of how hard I work, that it’s absence was enough to tip me from ‘come on, you can do it’ to ‘ah, screw it, I’m going to go and mess up some sweet potato fries (not pictured because of said mess up)’. Combined with the slightest of twinges in my back, and 8 minutes in to a 30 min ride, I pulled the pin, and retreated back to the kitchen, where I whipped up this pile of awesome. At least I have one thing to feel great about at the end of the day!

This week has honestly been so crazy for me. With the semester starting, my new program starting, and getting back into a routine, I felt as if I was sinking backward. ⠀
But I took a look in the mirror and gave myself some tough love. I am COMMITTED to the journey that I set myself on. And I will get better. But it takes commitment and hard work to get there. So that’s what I am doing. I am committing to this journey and I’m ready to see how transformed my life will be.
A few months ago I started CrossFit. The goal was to get me stronger for the snowboarding season and our road trip proved it to be true.
