“I grew up learning to fish, forage, and respect nature in this area. I still bring friends I've met in the city to camp here and they are always stunned by the vastness and freedom that the Bighorn provides. Areas like the Bighorn are one of the most important reasons that I am so proud and feel so fortunate to live in this part of our beautiful country. We as a province are so lucky to still have this area surviving.” P.H.

Are suspension bridges placed 400 meters (1300 ft) up in the air your thing, or do you tend stay away from them? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2 half days of climbing at hp40 in cold crisp conditions... yes please🙋♂️This 📸 is of me on a fun problem called VIP and @bachmansam with the proper southern spot. Still bummed about my hand/fingers/shoulders holding me back from my normal climbing level but thankful to get outside on that good southern sandstone! Good times climbing with old friends as usual 🤙💪🧗♂️ #oldfatinjured#gettingtoooldforthis#hp40#bouldering#climbing#getoutside

Here is a transformation people don't share too often: On the left is me - a senior in college on spring break in Miami, eating something that I pretty much ate every day of the week: Kraft Mac and cheese 🍝 and a glass of milk🥛 This was the norm for me, and I didn't really think twice about it because I was skinny, and no matter what I ate, I didn't seem to put on any weight. SO, I just kept doing me and enjoying life 🤦♀🤦♀⠀
The girl on the right is a much happier girl. A girl who puts her health first and doesn't fill her body with toxins and foods with ingredients I can't pronounce 🙌🙌⠀
Trust me, I still love Mac and cheese as much as I did when I was 22 years old, but now when I buy any variation of it, I take a look at the back of the box and make sure all the ingredients are wholesome and real, and that's something that the girl on the left didn't think at all about doing.⠀
If I've learned anything over the 6 years in between these photos, it's to take care of your body, as it's the only place you have to live. It's also the biggest investment you will ever make in your entire life, so do not abuse it. 🚫👎🙅⠀AND, it's never too late to make a change. ⠀
This is one of the largest non-scale victories I've ever had, and one of the most important.⠀
With that said, my team is starting their February bootcamp within the next few weeks 👏👏 and it's going to focus on eating REAL wholesome foods, HOW to meal prep, and working TOGETHER to reach our goals, all while virtually working out a a team 👫👫👫. If you are ready to put your health first, drop your favorite emoji below and I will send you all of the information 🏋♀
