#ladiesthatlunch Anyone who’s stayed at Inveraray this year may recognise Jen, Margaret, Mary, Eileen (of course) and Stephanie. As the season draws to a close we treated ourselves to lunch at @heatheratmoriartys which was absolutely divine. We’re also sad to say au revoir to Stephanie aka @faunaflora_globetrotter who will be returning to her native France at the weekend. Thank you so much for all of your hard work behind the scenes. Two very important faces are missing... Noel and Fergal Spillane couldn’t make it as there were children and a guesthouse that needed minding.
Inveraray Farm is still open to the end of October so if you want to enquire about booking click on the link in the bio.
This. This is why I love taking the back roads. One lane, twisting and turning, over streams with mountains jutting up next to us on either side, waterfalls rushing by and sheep lining the roadway. I will always take the back roads.
This is San Fansisco’s Lombard Street on steroids, and in the country.
Since I started doing the job of tour director there has been times I have questioned if I have made the right decision to do this job.
Whether it be the extended time I spend away from home and my loved ones or while arguing with a cranky French bus driver who doesn't see the problem of smoking on the group bus.
Then there's moments on tour like today when on a beautiful Friday afternoon after a boat tour of the Killarney lakes before riding through the Gap of Dunloe on horse and cart I just know a 9-5 isn't for me.
You only get one life so be sure to enjoy it to the fullest, it's only you that can change it for the better.
