Grip holds with two plates- Doing four sets of timed grip holds to finish my forearm workout today! Shooting for enough weight to land between 10-15 second holds per set.
Form tip 👉 Grab two plates that you are able to pinch together for the timeframe you’re shooting for. Holding one plate with enough weight is hard enough in this position, but holding two plates together is extremely difficult. If you want to make it next level difficult, turn the plates in so you’re gripping the smooth side instead of the ridged side!

I (Donte) am prepping for a show coming up on Aug 18th in Detroit, MI. My last show I placed 8th which was good enough for me. It was also my fieat show and very nerve wrecking but exciting at the same time. i willbe competing in men's physique.
My issue with my first show was the fact that I jumped into something not realizing how much hard work I had missed out on and how much better I could have done with more time to prep and a good training regime.
As of lately, I've been doing a lean bulk and maintaining it but let me tell you, its only hard bevlcause anyone who knows me knows I will not discriminate when it comes to food! But I've found a way to make it fun and now I look forward to meal prepping because not only will it help me to kill it on the big stage but it helps me save money! 😂 so wish me luck!

These dumbbell presses are one of my favorite chest day finishers. While you do have to focus on stabilizing the dumbbell, you really want to emphasize squeezing throughout the whole range of motion.
I don’t go very heavy (65lbs shown here) and aim for 25-30 reps, forcing a ton of blood into my chest. Keeping your elbows in allows more tricep activation and the leg raise hits the abs 😎

Frank has been with House of Muscle USA for the past 3 years. During the course of his stay he's lost almost 50lbs! Not only has the weight come off but so has the medication. Blood sugar and diabetes meds have been drastically lowered. His doctor says at this rate he will finally be able to get off the medication completely with another 20lbs of weight loss! Frank has been on medication for the past 12 years, soon he won't need to take them anymore!
