After 7 weeks of very little training due to traveling I started a new program yesterday💪🏻. I resisted to go all in right away, instead I ease my way in to it.
👎🏻 Starting with my old volume and intensity could easily burn me out fast.
👍🏻 By increasing the volume week by week I can create progressive overload.
👌🏻 With doing this it will only take a couple of weeks to regain all the lost muscle and strength without getting injured!
I see a lot of people jump in to high after a period of no training what do you think?

Here’s how to control hunger by @its_gymtime ! .
Drinking more water is a good tool against hunger. Often our body is just dehydrated and that’s why we want some food. Also make sure to eat more protein and more foods that are high in volume to fulfill your stomach so you will be more full for longer periods. Also be busy! Sometimes we are bored and that’s why we want to eat stuff. Be busy and focus on other things. My special tip : drink green tea without sweetener or black coffee! .
