Très vite au cours de ce voyage, nous sommes devenus accros aux "Community Markets" où les locaux viennent vendre leur production (fruits, légumes, fleurs, artisanat...). On aime les rencontres qu'on y fait et la qualité de ce qui est vendu... À Yeppoon, la plus grosse production d'ananas du pays, on a eu droit à une dégustation d'au moins 6 variétés différentes dont ce minuscule spécimen qu'on mange à la coque !!! Berry smoothie bowl post training arms this morning at the gym 🤓 melted on me trying to get the pic in a rush before work 😂 just used 100g blueberries, 1/4 scoop nuzest vanilla protein, water, 1 banana - half frozen for the smoothie and half unfrozen for topping 🌟
