Big or small? Which would you go? The best feedback I’ve had on these earrings is just how light they are. You can go BIG and not worry about it weighing your ear down...no one wants that look. .

If you're a mum, you already know what I mean, and if you're not, well...🤷♀️ My gorgeous boy struggles at day care drop off...He's just started at a new school and he loves it once he gets into it, but the drop offs are THE WORST.
There have been days in the past where I've thought the best thing to do would be to stop everything, shut down my business, sell the house and move to the country and home school him so I didn't have to ever experience that wail of 'muuummmmmy' ever again. Yesterday was one of those days for a while.
I know though, that:
1, He has a great time.
2. He is learning waaaay more than he would stuck home with me.
3. I'm teaching him powerful lessons about working women, building a business and doing something you love.
You'll never know if it's the best decision, but if it's made with love, what else can you do?
What's the best next step you need to take to level up your social media?
I'm guessing, because it is for me and HEAPS of people I speak to, that it's getting in front of the camera! Is this you too???

Strawberries 🍓 delicious and nutritious! Brilliant source of Vitamin C and fiber plus full of antioxidants. What more can you ask for. What is even better they can be used for baking, smoothies, cereals topping of salad or with champagne 🍾. Try to buy them organically as they can be full of pesticides. Best time to eat are now until July. TIP: don’t wash Strawberries 🍓 until right before eating and don’t remove the stems until you washed them, to prevent water absorption which can effect the taste and texture. 💙 What I’ve learned from committing to ‘Sunday Funday’. My husband and I are always doing something. We both have our own businesses to run, plus we have a toddler to wrangle and since we moved into our new house 7 months ago, there’s always landscaping and other ‘improvements’ going on. We rarely took a moment to stop.
Then, a few months ago, we went on holidays for a few weeks. It was a perfectly-timed reminder that doing jobs every single day was wearing us out. We needed that holiday to recharge and we needed a new way of doing things.
Enter, the Sunday Funday. Where once Sundays were simply another day to get stuff done, Sunday became a sacred domain, where phones were put away (mostly), adventures were discovered and the ‘jobs’ waited for another day. Sunday Fundays often start with breakfast at a local favourite, or somewhere we’ve never been before, followed by a trip to one of the many Gold Coast beaches.
Sometimes, we’d visit a stunning plant nursery, tucked away in a gorgeous valley, picking out more plants (I’m a bit of an addict) and playing with the piggies in the petting zoo. On other Sundays, we’d go for a drive through the country and visit our old friends. Whatever the adventure we chose, we’ve learned a few lessons.
It’s virtually impossible for us to run our businesses and be completely detached for a whole day. Especially in my business, as a social media manager, working to build my biz, if a notification goes off on my phone, I want to respond. So now, we don’t give each other such a hard time if we need to respond to a message for a couple of minutes.
Adventures are great for our family, especially our toddler. He’s quickly becoming an independent, big-boy, who won’t always want to play with his mum and dad. Getting out and about, with the focus on enjoying the day, not on checking off a to-do list, makes the time together even more special.
The jobs will still be there tomorrow. Since making an effort to really commit to Sunday Fundays, I’ve been significantly more productive through the week anyway; a very interesting, unexpected surprise result.
Sunday Fundays are 100% going to continue as a family tradition in our house.
This week, I’ve trained twice. On Thursday I did legs; on Friday I did upper body.
I usually train 5-6 times a week (sometimes everyday but 1-2 of those days won’t be weights it’ll be some form of movement/activity). So this is quite a difference for me.
When I first started training, if I ever missed even ONE session, I would FREAK THE HECK OUT. Thinking I’d lose all my progress, strength and that i was going to gain fat.
That’s just NOT how it works.
I think it takes 2/3 weeks before you start actually losing strength (tried and tested by myself during a spree o health issues). And fat doesnt appear over night😅
You’re going to have off weeks/days where either life gets in the way and your diet/training is no longer in your periphery, or maybe you lose motivation or go on holiday. When you have these ‘off moments’ THAT IS OK. DO NOT punish yourself, just remember why it is you train: how does it make you feel/look. WHATEVER your reason, remind yourself of it, and get back on DA GAINZ TRAIN.
You’re not going to smash every workout, not every meal is going to be #OnPlan . And that’s ok. It’s called having a FREAKING LIFE.
PS got v drunk last night so consumed my BODY WEIGHT in jäger bombs lol and am now suffering lelelel
