Can you spot the tree climbers?
We have a lot of trees in the Park, over 45,000 actually, that need our ❤️ and care.
Thanks to our partnership with the City and your support we are able to give them the care they need which includes removing dead branches and pruning to benefit the whole 🌳. #WednesdayWisdom#Tree#TreeClimber#ForestParkForever
Along my jog this morning in Forest Park I noticed a red tail hawk enjoying its breakfast...a squirrel. NOT ALL HEROS ARE HUMAN. #forestparkforever#hawk#running

I don’t wish to just be relevant. What I deeply desire is to produce good work. Good work that reflects a full, good life.
I’m reading Chasing Slow currently and am a mixed bag of emotions in light of it. It’s so good. It’s also incredibly provoking, especially as a Creative. In so many ways I feel like the author and I are the same person.
Frankly, the last week I’ve mega struggled with my dreams in relation to my purpose. And my purpose also in relation to things I freaking love. I’m creating & protecting the space i need to reflect & also to dream further. And to again, challenge myself to not compare to others, but only compare myself against what I’ve already done & the woman I desire to be...
Many of you have asked if the trails are cleared here in the Park. The paved part of the trail is cleared. The snow is still quite stunning here too. Please be careful as there are still some slick spots.
I love St. Louis snow days.
I love that we are far enough north that snow happens but far enough south that it’s still a relative rarity and that we don’t have the road clearing efficiency of Buffalo or Chicago. I love that people slow down...the couple playing mancala at Kaldi or all of the busy adults that participated in sledding and snowmen and forts today. I love that eggs and milk and bread are sold out....maybe out of paranoia or maybe just to be sure the ingredients for French toast are on hand. I love that things get canceled. I love that art hill is dirty and worn from all of the treks up and down. I love that everybody posts photos of their backyards with rulers and yardsticks in the foreground. I love that people have sleepovers and loan shovels and check in on friends and neighbors. Lots of love for this snowy city of ours today💙
We will always be grateful for this time in our lives, for being able to walk to our favorite place #forestparkforever in all seasons! We had to snap this snowy ❄️ pic in front of where we will say our vows in ten months at the World’s Fair Pavilion! 👰🤵🌳 I love you, @wonderboyellis . You are my 🌞, always and forever.
