Long post but ... Was in the gym this morning and more often than not, you do t have a conversation with people around you. They’re too busy concentrating on what they’re doing or you’re moving about on different machines, programs etc. Well this morning I was doing mat work and there was a girl I’d never seen before there and she was clearly struggling. At one stage she caught my eye and she started chatting about being sore and wrecked and I said not to worry, it would get easier. And she said that clearly I had no problem because I was so fit. I laughed and said she wouldn’t have thought that 20 months ago when I was 7 stone heavier. She couldn’t believe it and thanked me so much for saying that, as she has about 2 or 3 stone to lose and was feeling very down about it but now she knew it was possible, so I told her to just take her time and keep working on it, and never give up.
So just remember everyone of you is inspiring someone with your actions.
Popping this here to remind myself that even if I haven’t been fully on plan since Christmas, it will never make me go back to how I was and I shouldn’t beat myself up about it!
Weigh in tomorrow morning to see the damage then I’m ready to get back to feeling good and that only comes from being on plan! I’ve had a good search through Instagram today and you lot have really inspired me, you’re absolutely smashing it.
