What if you could reprogram your brain to completely eliminate negative food cravings for good?
What if you naturally no longer desired things like sugar and instead your body LOVED what’s healthy for it, without even noticing the difference?
My friend Eric Edmeades says this is 100% possible for every human being on the planet.
In fact, the reason you have these cravings isn’t your fault or your body’s doing at all.
You see, the diet industry (part of the food industry) has designed itself to make you buy things over and over and over to “fix” food issues that you didn’t create – THEY did.
But @EricEdmeades created the simple, yet radical solution to this… for every single person.
He calls his approach WildFit, and it’s designed to easily and effectively kill your cravings, restore your body to its natural state, and create long-term positive food habits.
So that your body not only loves what’s healthy for a moment…
It craves what’s healthy FOR GOOD.
I’ve done #WildFit for myself, and my body no longer gains weight, but instead just keeps improving over time.
So if learning the methods to achieve your most natural, healthy self is something you’re interested in, I encourage you to check out Eric’s masterclass with @Mindvalley on The Evolution of Health. Link in my bio ☝🏼 What approaches are you using to cut cravings and maintain your health?
I’d love to hear what you’re doing in the comments below.
This is Atlas Eli. He lives in Sweden, born to a British mamma and a Swedish Pappa. He’s the happiest, sweetest, cutest boy you could ever meet. He loves to try new tastes and textures, and so far hasn’t found one he didn’t like. Trying to ensure he gets the widest variety of nutritious foods in these first few years of his little life in hope that he both grows big and strong and that later, he’ll enjoy all foods and be open to try new things! Keeping things simple, home cooked and healthy with one mum’s cooking and iPhone photography skills and basic knowledge of nutrition 🥦 Hej!
Omg yesss 👏. I’ve got lots of chopped veg (peppers, onions, mushrooms, peas) with chicken, plain rice, soy sauce, garlic and then used 28g mayflower curry and added it to the rice and it was amazing 😍. 4 syns and lots of speed in this! Back on it today 🙌
Haven’t been active in a while but good to be back especially with this good food from @sydneyveganmarket !! Finally got to go and try out the fantastic food offered from so many stalls at the place! I came a bit later in the day so most of the foods I originally wanted were sold out :( such as @greek_vegan_bakery and @bibimbapsydney ! However the food here was just as good! If course had to get the classic not-tella bowl and acai smoothie from @allthingsacaico, a @soulburgerau and a delicious meringue tart from @treat.dreams ! I’d definitely like to go next month but earlier and with a better game plan of snagging all the goods offered haha
