Made these beautiful Lime, Black Pepper and Cayenne Spiced organic Chocolates! Added some Kiwi 🥝 too for its serotonin content. .
These sweet treat elixirs are sure to put my beauties to bed after a relaxing & restorative yin yoga 🧘🏽♀️ class!
To make, in a bowl mix:
3/4 cup organic cocoa powder
1 cup melted organic coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/3 cup organic maple syrup
5 drops doTERRA lime oil
3drops doTERRA black pepper oil
Dash of vanilla
Dash of black pepper salt
Cut kiwi and place at the bottom of an ice tray. Pour chocolate mixture in and top with more kiwi. Place in the freezer and you’ve got your goodies set in 30 mins! .
Avoid emulsifiers like soy lechithin and make your own chocolate. They taste way better and you’ll enjoy it way more!
We were lucky enough to be invited to Oat Couture Cafe’s VIP Media Day. We got to sample all the oatmeal flavours! I will be posting my thoughts on the flavours (campfire is my fave🤤) on my new blog soon, so stay tuned. 🤗❤️
The cafe is SUPER cute & has a bunch of #glutenfree options! This was my second time there & it’s safe to say we will be back. ❤️I got to meet so many lovely foodies too. 😍 A HUGE thank you to @OatCoutureCafe for having us & hosting this great event. X
