-TRES Tempe- This is a new spot in Tempe that’s worth trying out. They did a great job on decor and finishings. It was happy hour so I may have gone a little crazy. First picture was what they called their Moroccan Spiced Pork Wings. They were delicious and super unique! Second picture was their daily market flatbread which was on happy hour. Third picture was the Chickpea Fritto Misto. It was basically a bunch of really tasty fired vegetables with a dipping sauce and jam on the side. Fourth picture was the Arizona Harvest Salad. Over all super cool spot and all above average food!
😉My kind of Doughnuts 🍩 ... not normally a doughnut kinda gal... BUT the amazing gals at @foodforthoughtnz have come up with these (everything free 😂👌🏼) 🍩 CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY DOUGHNUTS 🍩 in collab with @littlebirdorganics & @theunbakery 👀 I had been eyeing them up for so long and finally got my hands on a couple 🙏🏻 .
I definitely could’ve taken them up a notch even more if I’d had better self control 😂 Unfortunately they didn’t make it home to where they would’ve paired AMAZINGLY with some Coconut 🥥 Yogurt/Ice Cream and Warm Raspberries 🙊 but definitely keen to try that combo soon 🙏🏻

Mam uczulenie na sezam (co za głupota wiem!!) i bardzo często dostaję informację że nie ma, bo pewnie myślą sobie ”takie to małe że przecież nie wyczuje!” a ja się później zwijam jak kłębek z bólu! Aghhh dajcie znać czy też macie jakieś alergie pokarmowe i jeśli tak to na co? 🤷🏼♀️

This recipe for Cajun jambalaya pasta is full of andouille sausage, shrimp, Cajun spiced chicken and vegetables, all served over creamy pasta. A hearty meal that's perfect for an everyday dinner or for entertaining!
1/2 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined (you can either remove the tails or leave them on for a more elegant presentation)
3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil divided use
2 inch links of Aidells® Cajun Style Andouille Sausage cut into 1/2 thick rounds
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning or more to taste
1 small red onion thinly sliced
2 cups of thinly sliced bell peppers (I used red, yellow, and green)
10 ounces linguine pasta other long pasta varieties will also work
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil; add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
While the pasta is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the onions and peppers and cook for 4-6 minutes or until softened. Season with 1 teaspoon of the Cajun seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the peppers and onions from the pan and place on a plate. Cover with foil to keep warm.
Wipe out the pan with a paper towel and heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium high heat.
Add the chicken to the pan and season with salt, pepper and remaining teaspoon of Cajun seasoning. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until cooked through.
Add the sausage to the pan and cook an additional 3-4 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Add the reserved bell peppers and onions to the pan and stir to combine.
Drain the pasta and return to the pot it cooked in. Turn the heat on medium high and add the cream along with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until sauce has started to thicken.
Place the meat and vegetable mixture on top of the pasta and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.

Intuitive eating •
I think the concept of intuitive eating is theoretically so easy- we eat when we’re hungry, we stop when we’re full yet so many people struggle to intuitively eat, including me! •
There are so many ‘recommended’ ways to eat these days such as how many times a day we should eat, what we should eat, what we shouldn’t eat, concepts such as intermittent fasting and so on!
With all these recommendations and new research it is no surprise that we no longer know how to trust our bodies.
For me, years of struggling with an eating disorder has taught me to override, suppress and ignore messages from my body when it comes to eating.
I am learning however, when your body is leading the way, you’ll discover a style of eating that nourishes YOUR unique body.
There is so much nutritional confusion and personal frustration when we’re trying to follow the perfect diet. The reality is, perfection doesn’t exist!
Respecting your body is learning to listen for hunger/ fullness cues, while balance this with pleasure and satisfaction!
Let’s ditch the diets and listen to our bodies 💕 •
