If I could encourage people to do one thing, it would be to give things a try. Be open minded. Many people look at out products and think that they will be full of artificial ingredients marketed to just make money. We are not about that. We are about health, your health, the worlds health. People are often surprised when they turn over the bottle and see ingredients like aloe vera and adaptions. We want you to feel at your best and thats why the products are made with such precision, care and made easy so that no one has an excuse to not try putting this complexed nutrition with everything you need into your body. This nutrition along with intermittent fasting (which benefits have been known for generations) gives your body full nourishment and time to repair itself so that you can function the way your meant too. Your body will tell you if it likes it or not, but you won't know unless you make the decision to try.

Mine is hiking, enjoying nature, bubble baths, talking to friends and playing with my baby 🐶 .

So between starting a new full-time job, being sick for a month, and going back to school the last two months have been quite hectic 😵😵😵. Despite all of that I still stick close to one of my true loves. COOKING! I've been playing with new ideas to share with you guys (that need some tweaking) but are delicious, interesting, colorful & of course healthy. I'm so looking forward to sharing some of these ⬆⬆ recipes with you guys soon.
🍳In the mornings I’m a sweet over savoury kind of girl, but this eggs went down pretty easy today.
I call them - drowned scrambled-
Pillowy eggs in a tomatillo and dry chile sauce. Served with smashed avocado and goats feta .〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️
For the sauce I used tinned tomatillos from @lacostenamx as it’s not possible to get them fresh in Nz.
Sauce for 3 eggs - 2 serves - *5 tinned tomatillos without the liquid *5 pan roasted dry árbol chiles
*1/4 of an onion *1 small garlic clove *small bunch of coriander *salt to taste ♾•Blend all ingredients for the salsa in your @vitamix and after cooking your scrambled eggs (you don’t want them creamy but fluffy) pour sauce over them while still in the pan. Season and serve immediately with the avo and feta 🤩..
The Greatest. Of. All. Time.
This recipe is my tastiest, hands down, full stop! I don’t even have a name for it, so we’ll just call it the Goat.
Honestly, I’m not really sure if it’s the silkiness of the cassava (yuca) flour, or the well-seasoned, smokey walnut- meat, that did me in [and let me tell you, the walnut meat deserves a whole video by itself]. But all I know is that the greatest travesty you’ll encounter in making this dish is that you’ll likely not have any leftovers to share with friends and family. Notice the half-empty tray at the end? We had already devoured most of the wraps by time I realized we hadn’t finished filming. 😞 And I’m not even going to get started on how wonderfully healthy this dish is. Being gluten-free, vegan, and darn right unbelievably delicious, this meal is enough of a win to stand on its own, even without a name. Give it a try. The recipe is up on the website, and you’ll need to follow it exactly, in order to get the perfect outcome.

Heading back to Charleston in a little over a week and I can not be more excited 🤗 Such a beautiful place and we had so much fun the last time we went. If anyone has any recommendations of things to do or restaurants in Charleston that you love please send them my way 💖
NO BAKE GRANOLA BARS🤤 If you’ve ever had the @breadgardenmarket granola bars you’ll loveeeee these I think they taste similar and are super easy to make! Here’s the recipe... •2 cups of oats •1 cup of almonds (I chopped mine) •2/3 cups chocolate chips •1 tsp cinnamon •3/4 tsp salt •1 cup nut butter •1/3 cup honey •1 1/4 tsp vanilla •then put them in the fridge for about 30 mins and enjoy:)
