It’s #thirstythursday💃 and I love apple flavored anything especially when paired with whiskey. This seriously tastes like spiked cider with some citrusy tang to it, one of the best cocktails I’ve had, the “Veloso” from @lefatatl 😍 get yo drink on!
We are not done celebrating 2019! Come celebrate with us tonight at the French Chamber of Commerce’s New Year Reception!

I made this super delicious dish inspired by @choosingchia recipe called West African peanut stew. This was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend you guys check out the recipe! .
Today was another beautiful day spent with family ❤ I am really happy my parents moved closer to my brother and I (instead of being across the globe in China) so we can see each other more often.
Tomorrow is another day that will be spent in class, so I soaked up every bit of today❤
I hope you guys have a wonderful day wherever you are😊
I believe people cross our paths for a reason. God creates opportunities for us to better ourselves, to learn, to heal from people who are right in front of us. But it’s up to us to notice these opportunities and act on them. It’s no one’s fault but our own if they pass us by. .
I love the connections that happen at pasta friday. The friendships, the bonds. But it still amazes me how little we know about each other. You can see the same people every single week, but if you don’t stop to ask how they’re doing, what their life is like, you’ll never know. It’s hard to get out of our own heads, believe me I know, but the more we ask, and listen, the deeper our connections, and the more fulfilled we feel.
Anyway! #pastafriday is on this week! We have an amazing group of people coming. I’ll share more on my story tomorrow. This 📷 by the amazing @sararemingtonphoto
The key to making amazing smoothies? Add a splash of vanilla or almond extract! I’m telling you, it’s a game changer.👌🏻
I started this smoothie by blending hemp seeds, flax meal and sun butter with 1 cup water until it reached a creamy consistency, then added frozen banana, frozen blueberries & strawberries, and almond extract. Topped it with almond butter, coconut flakes, cacao nibs and more hemp seeds.

Fueled up with all of these goods in between double practices today 🤓
2 fried eggs over medium (@traderjoes ), sautéed Japanese sweet potatoes + Brussels sprouts, toast with grandmas blueberry jam! Super simple but really hits the spot 👏🏼
Very much enjoying being a lady of leisure this week, and spending some proper time in the kitchen. Popped to @hgwalter for some proper corn-fed chicken supremes, then to the Pie Room for a rather indulgent side dish of a potato, comté and caramelised onion pie, then home to cook the chicken with wild mushrooms and vermouth. 🧡🥘🥧
Easy and super delicious Dinner 😎😍 (🇺🇸👇🏻)
Tonight I really wanted something flavorful, but not too complicated and tedious 😉 So I made homemade oven fries with a yoghurt dip ala Tzatziki 😍 Soooo good! 🤤
That's how it works:
Cut 3 large potatoes in thick sticks and wash with cold water. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Then put the potatoes in a bowl with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary and stir well. Now you can spread the potato sticks on a baking tray with baking paper so that they do not overlap as much as possible. Now they go for about 30min in the oven on middle rail. 😎 For the dip, pour about 4 tablespoons of yoghurt into a bowl, then squeeze in 2 cloves of garlic, finely chop 1/4 red onion and a little bit of cucumber. Mix everything together and season it with salt, pepper, lemon juice and honey. 😋 The potatoes are ready when they start to turn gold brown 🤗 Bon appetit 😉
