Could be a big week for me. Drawing strength and inspiration from one of the happiest memories, Peru. When I planned an entire trip around one sloth I read a trip advisor article about. I then climbed a mountain, laughed with children, zip lined over a river, pet an alpaca, at raw fish, white water rafted with some great new friends, took a nap in a hammock listening to a roaring river, and hiked uphill to hold that sloth. It’s a reminder that when you work hard, dreams come true. ✌🏼 #peru#inspiration#followyourdreams#setgoals#kickass#positivevibes#internalsmile#sloth#dreambig
Ridiculous selfie post client waiting for the elevator... yes ! And I’m all about. I’m clearly excited about the thought of Zumba in my new kicks. @kelleyaudrey13 💃🏻💃🏻 ———————————————————————————- I love to dance and I acknowledge: I don’t do it enough. I am an artist on the dance floor; puppet to the music moving me total surrender to feeling — no thinking. Meditation in motion. The zone. Pure flow. Connection. Liberated self expression. I’ve been denying myself my art and this form of Spirit prayer. So it’s settled. More dance for me this year. ———————————————————————————Yoga is my discipline. Dance is my freedom. ✨

New post up on the blog. If you have big dreams, but fall into comparison and fear....I’m with you and this is for you! Link in Profile!⠀
Every day during my meditations I ask questions. It’s this time that gives me the space to get the answers or guidance I’m looking for.
Today’s message was loud and clear,
Let it go
Let it flow
Like waves in the ocean
More is coming... 🌊
Quiet the mind and the soul will speak 💕
Sound ON 🙏🌊

A vida pode até te derrubar, mas é você quem escolhe a hora de se levantar.
Which one of us can actually say we have used our meager talents and potential to their maximum? People with far less potential have done more with it sometimes than those who had far more. #maximumeffort#humanpotential#followyourdreams

Have you ever given up on one dream so that you can have another one?
As a kid I had a lot of “I wanna be xyz” when I grow up. Around 6th grade, I decided that I wanted to be a fashion designer.
I REALLY dove into this passion I developed. I would use all of my allowance to buy tons of fashion magazines and look through the different outfits and styles. I asked for a sewing machine, a mannequin and other supplies for Christmas/birthdays. I would spend hours in my room designing dresses and outfits. My shopping trips included hours among the different fabrics to bring home and stitch into a new skirt or dress. I made my own jean skirt out of a pair of blue jeans. I took the elective class in high school that included textiles/apparel. My mom and I probably watched every episode of “What Not to Wear..” I was looking into colleges with a design program. I even did a month long design workshop at a local school of design. Clearly, I was passionate about this dream.
You can imagine how exciting it was when MTV announced they would be following The Hills’ Whitney Port to NYC to follow her fashion career on The City. I would be able to see the “reality” behind the scenes in fashion!! I was so obsessed with the show I would make sure I would be home to watch it every week (this was the days when you had to wait a wk for a new episode and make sure you tuned in right on time or you’d be doomed to wait for the rerun). It was so inspiring for so long until one episode that made me choose to give up on my fashion dreams indefinitely.
In the episode, Whitney drops the ball on a project for her boss because she was busy hanging out with some hot New York boys. Her boss sat her down and told her that she would have to choose between her love life and her career if she really wanted to be successful. (CONTINUED IN COMMENTS)
The people around you matter. They play a significant role in shaping the person you’re becoming. Don’t give your time to those who drain your energy. Instead, spend time with those who push you to be a better person, who motivate and inspire you - who force you to level up.
Remember: these people don’t have to be your family, friends or co-workers that you physically spend your time with. They can be also be beautiful people on the internet. For me, it’s YOU. Thank you for continuously pushing me, encouraging me and for always having my back. I love you guys so much. 🖤 #itstheak

Drop a 💎 if you agree .
Piece of advice - stop saying yes to sh*t you hate! If you don't enjoy it, it's time to say goodbye. Whether that is someone's company you can't stand anymore or you hate your job. Life needs to be enjoyed, everything else needs to go 👑 .
What do you hate but keep saying yes to? .
