🌟As the Christmas holidays draw closer and things begin to get busier you probably don’t feel that you can take time for yourself, to prioritise your wellbeing, especially when there are always so many other things to be doing. However, the funny thing is that when we do actually make time for ourselves and for our needs, whatever they may be, we can see the benefits of that spreading into all the other areas of our life, our work and our family✨ For me, I take time to practice yoga as often as I can, but for you it may be running, walking, swimming, maybe just having some time alone. We are then able to come back to our tasks refreshed, relaxed, and energised ✨
If you’d like to join me at yoga to take an hour out for yourself here is my schedule for the next 4 weeks: ✨Thursdays: St Andrews Church Hall, Cheriton 10-11am and 7-8pm
✨Fridays: Hythe Sports Pavilion 6-7pm
✨Saturdays: Bannatynes Folkestone 10.30-11.30am
✨Sundays: Folkestone Sports Centre 11.15-12.30pm

As it gets closer to Xmas we'll be putting out our order list of all our Sister made festive offerings like our family sized Seitan roasts, condiments and whole range of baked goods.
In the meantime though we've started filling our grotto with some of our favourite products for your favourite vegan's stocking (it's ok if that's your own stocking!) As some of these are in limited numbers we're making these available straight away for order.
Send us a DM or email for orders. If you're in the Folkestone / Dover / Canterbury / Ashford area we can work out some collection/delivery options with you. We can also post all of these bits further afield.
