I can’t tell you how much better I feel after I just destroy my muscles in the best way. Completely exhausted not from anything else but the iron.
Sounds weird, feels good. Training clears my mind and makes everything so clear to me.
Ok, obviously this is an over simplification but you get the idea. For giggles, open up your Usage settings on your phone and take a look at your most used apps---How many HOURS a day are going to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Netflix, etc.??? I'm guessing there is enough time in there for you to carve out a 30 min workout a few times a week....especially if that workout is going to add time to your LIFE (Yeah, that part is accurate---people who exercise live longer folks). FIND TIME TO MAKE YOUR LIFE LAST LONGER! FIND TIME TO ENSURE YOU LIVE A LITTLE STRONGER. Find time for your body, your health, your future! YOU DESERVE IT! #whateverittakeshealth#selflove
