Terzo: parliamo di un top sportivo, anti sexy per eccellenza, che schiaccia invece che pushappare il seno. Top sportivi venduti per essere MOSTRATI non NASCOSTI. Quarto : solo a me vengono a rompere le palle visto che normalmente è pieno di donne in TOP ( e con seni molto più generosi del mio, beate loro ) come provano anche le foto su Instagram. Senza contare che alcune indossano leggings che lasciano ben poco all'immaginazione . Lo ammetto @mabarsot e @blonde.pepper non sono stata gentile con l'assistente, ma già avevo il dente avvelenato per i sassolini da togliermi contro un caso umano, ci si é messa pure lei. @blonde.pepper sono stata piu' incaz....a di te, con tanto di "piuttosto disdico il mio abbonamento OPEN e pure quello di mia sorella , ma la maglietta non la indosserò mai". ✅ Tap with a damp mit on hands, feet, ankles and elbows.
✅ I use a big make-up brush to apply selftanner on my face, works like a charm!
✅ I apply my selftanner right before I go to bed, sleep for about 8 hours and take a shower right after waking up. I always use the Regular Selftanning Mousse.
✅ I leave my tan on for about 7 days!

As requested.. a leg and booty circuit! 🍑 😉
Lower weight with moderate reps. Minimal rest in between sets and only a couple minutes in between circuits to keep maximum tension in the muscles.
Legs on fire!!!! 🔥 🔥 🔥
Circuit 1 - repeat 5 times - hamstring cable curls : 15 reps each leg
- Alternating weighted side lunges with feet grounded: 15 each direction (30total) - Squats (moderate weight) : 15 reps
Circuit 2 - repeat 4 times
- Feet together goblet squat with heel elevation: 15 reps - Weighted step ups: 15 one leg, the switch and... you guessed it... do 15 more. - Cable kick backs : 15 each leg
- Abductor cable raise : 15 each leg
Circuit 3- repeat 4 times - single leg deadlift - Leg press : wide, mid, narrow stance. 15 reps at each stance... no rest in between 😉
Finish with a max weight squat. 1-3 reps. 4 sets

Really wish I was still in Zwitserland 😭 But instead I am at home studying 12 hours a day 😩. Luckely I got @lysanne.rossi with me so we can suffer together 🙈. With that being said; there is a change that on some day this months I will be a bit more unactive/ post on weird times 'cause of my exams! Its a super busy and stressful period for me & I hate studying 😂 not learning & applying new things though! But just sitting at my desk the whole day and learning words Ill forget the next week 😬. But hey.. We've all been there right 😅.
Do some extra pullups for me plz! I cant wait to do those again 🙈.
Okey, I have a total GOOFBALL moment to share with you guys....🙄Last night was our last night on the cruise ship. *tear* 😭This morning Jordan and I were trying to make our early flight to LAX...So! I set my alarm to 6 am. We both woke up to my alarm just TOTALLY EXHAUSTED. You know when you are so tired it burns to open your eyes? 😣I hopped in the shower to wake myself up, did my hair and makeup, and packed up my bags. We were finally ready to walk out the door when Jordan goes “Dani...are you sure the time didn’t change and our clocks are right...? 🧐AND HOLY SMOKES!! 🤦🏼♀️THAT KIDDO WAS RIGHT! It was actually 1 am, not 6 am!😵 We had only slept two hours, LOL!! We hopped right back in bed with all our clothes and shoes on, and passed OUT. 😴On the bright side, when we woke up at the REAL 6 am, we were READY TO GO and literally just walked out the door. 😂Anyway, none of it really mattered because our plane is having mechanical issues and they cancelled our entire flight. 😭 (Little frustrating but better safe than sorry, am I right!? 😏) We have a pretty strict timeline and are trying our best to get to LA by tonight. Looks like we may fly to San Diego and rent a car and get in around midnight. WE GOT THIS! .
Sometimes life doesn’t go our way, #sassymamas but this is where talking to the big Man up stairs to find trust and comfort is so crucial!! He is in control! ♥️

Never ever skipping upper body day 💪!! My arms used to look like sad noodles but look at that definition that is coming through! And we are only going to make them stronger 💪.
I know us girls can sometimes be afraid of training arms > I was afraid before as well! But it helps your self-confidence so much knowing you can lift that weight, or do that pullup.
We're not part of the sad noodle squad anymore 💁! Start today 🙌.
I forgot my gymshoes btw... But hey no excuses right 😂👌!

So so glad I went to the gym today (it has been a whileee)!! It feels so empowering to lift weights & constantly push yourself to do that extra set! And oh boy thats just what I did today 🙌!
