Week 2 Day 4: Ripsanity
That was this workout. Shaun T was striking hard. There was no mercy. I embraced the burn 🔥 and it was 🥵 HOT!!! I enjoy pushing myself and seeing where my limits are. Do you?

⭐️ ‘slept in’ till 4:45am (lol)
⭐️ couldn’t find my normal sports bras so I wore a new one I forgot about and kinda liked it
⭐️ gobbled most of today’s carbs before 9am 😂🤪
⭐️ consumed so much coffee it’s now an official problem ☕️
⭐️ felt super ‘blah’ about everything until I remembered that permanent progress is slow and steady
Mental burnout is R E A L.
I’ve been loving the gym for a full year now. Loving it like I love writing and being creative - that’s honestly how hard I fell for the weightlifting. And it’s been treating me well. Honeymoon phase lasted quite a while!
But it’s hard when I’m chugging coffee and it’s not doing anything. Even harder that I can’t take nutso preworkout powders because I’m responsible for my son’s food, and health.
Today I really could’ve used a creatine-stacked caffeine explosion 💥 😂 but... I didn’t use it and I still did fine. Sucks to not feel that huge burst of energy but yknow what? I crushed it with high volume supersets (4x12 reps on everything) and listened to @thedeadsouth and just GOT IT DONE ✅
