People are 4 types:
1-there's that one who knows and he knows that he knows that one is good to hang out with.
2- that one who knows but he doesn't know that he knows, poor guy needs some confidence boost.
3- that one who doesn't know and he knows that he doesn't know usually that one is an idiot, or what Aussies refer to by :"hahaha what a funny cunt", most of the time that one comes either on the shape of a bogan or you can find him hanging out in Bankstown wearing a Gucci man hand bag.
4- last one ladies and gentlemen is that one who doesn't know and he doesn't know that he doesn't know, that one my friends is a WANKER.

– I don’t know the name of the first exercise but it’s a favorite I learned from @clairepthomas a few weeks ago! I do roughly 15-20 reps with a 10 lb plate, where each time I set the plate down counts as one rep. ☝️
– Side plank w/ leg lift 12-15 times per side for 3 rounds (side note- does have a good shoe recommendation? These nikes are too unstable 👟)
– Decline sit ups w/ 25 lb plate 3x15. These are an old favorite
– TRX mountain climbers 3x20
– TRX jack knife 3x20
I am getting better with stabilizing myself with TRX bands but now I need to learn how to stop rounding my back (if that matters). Any tips would be appreciated ☺️

Our delts were LIT 🔥 last night 👌🏼😋 4 heavy sets of dumb bell press, 4 sets of bar bell press behind the head, 4 lighter sets w/ increase reps of arnold press (oh lawddd these were good), 4 sets of seated lateral raises and 3 supersets of face pulls and db rear delts 💦 @rutcal09 and I had an eventful day but didn’t let that stop us from having a good workout 💪🏼
