Since going into my 30s I started to be more health conscious and making sure that I exercise regularly and eat clean. I learnt about this @circledna kit from my colleagues earlier where it can actually help to diagnose fitness and diet insights and share indices like fat sensitivity, lactose tolerance, detoxification speed etc. based on my DNA. زي ما قلت في البوست السابق اهم شي في تمرين الدفع او السحب انه الواحد يركز على الدفع او السحب العلوي و المتوازي على أوزان ثقيلة ( للشخص نفسه) و بعدين يزيد عليها تمارين العزل الثانية على أوزان اقل نسبيا.
وبالنسبة لأيام الافخاذ نفس النظام ينطبق عليها واحد دفع سفلي ( سكوات) و دفع عن طريق الارداف ( ديدلفت) على أوزان ثقيلة نسبيا. وبعدين تضيف تمرينين عزل على أوزان اخف بالإضافة إلى تمرين البطات.
Like I said in the previous post for push and pull workouts you need to focus on one vertical and one horizontal push/pulls
With relatively heavy weights and then you add isolation/accessory work in the lighter weight zone.
As for the legs same concept applies one big lower push (squat) and one big hip hinge (deadlift, RDL) should be the main focus with 2 other isolations and a calf exercise in the lighter weight zone.

Definitely having a stand still week. I’m still struggling on how much and what food I can eat. I’m not eating fast food or drinking anything other than water and green tea. I have not touched candy or any junk food🤮. I’m lifting a heavier weight category as well. The last two days I have taken it easy due to feeling week. I know it’s my diet that is making me feel weak and tired.
