It’s been a year of intense growth.
But it’s taken me this year to realise what it truly means to be successful.
Success is not simply grinding day in day out. Annihilating your boundaries, leaping out of your comfort zone. On the contrary, pushing your limits can actually cause serious imbalances and chronic health issues. I know this, because I’ve experienced it first hand.
In constantly focusing on the idea of success, the person we COULD be, the object we COULD have, your potential can begin to haunt you rather than inspire you, and you can disconnect from your own soul, chasing an ideal that you are no longer sure was yours.
Success isn’t the end goal. It’s everything in between. Failures, pushbacks, discipline, and every time you picked yourself back up. It’s rest and reflection. Meaningful moments with your loved ones and those brief fleeting moments when you know that you are on the right path. It’s watering your entire garden, not just the rose bush. Balancing your physical, mental, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Caring for your soul, and your circle. Living life, and being present, while chasing the end goal.
Because when a wolf succeeds in charging ahead of the pack, then realises he has worn himself thin and has no one to by his side to either encourage him further, nurture him, or celebrate his victory, can you really call that success?

Two years of 🍑 transformation 👸💕
Actually, this transformation is not only physical, it's also a mental one. I've never been happy with my body (the facial expression says it all) & I was always frustrated, because I really hated how my body looked. Especially my 🍑 area. I suffered from my small 🍑, because I saw other girls, who looked flawless & I thought my body was "not feminine enough". That's why I've been insecure for a looooong time, because I had "too much" on my back & arms (swimming for 13 years gives you a wide back unfortunately) & "too little" on the areas I really wanted to have more muscle.
Since 2016 I killed myself in every training session, I saw small differences, which kept me going & motivated me even more. Now, two years later, I feel so much more confident in my body & I can finally say that I love how it looks. Even if it's not perfect (for me & for some other people) & I still do have some things I want to work on, I am more than happy about the progress I've made during those two years. This positive mindset is even more important than any physical transformation will ever be! I don't let myself down anymore, just because of some people, who talk shit behind my back. I accept myself the way I am & most importantly I am happy about how I look & who I am. How did I achieve my body? LOTS AND LOTS OF CONSISTENCY. Hard work and determination. I started at 175lbs with over 40% body fat and now I’m at 130 with about 100lbs of muscle and 24% body fat and counting! 💪🏼🔥🔥🔥 P.S I was wearing a waist trainer in the picture with the red shirt so I was bigger!
